How long did it take I am on 72030.0836 / 210000 XP I assume we are talking decades for me :p

Been on VS since 2015 but only really started playing there more often, say a year ago - other than that it was 30 quid deposits, max, in a week. Was at 190k a few weeks ago and just decided to lump my gambling budget on it to get over the line as it was giving me sleepless nights :oops:

Only time I make some slightly larger than usual deposits or the odd extra deposit is when I hit 2 or 3 back to back cash outs, which these days is extremely rare :p

I did a VERY rough calculation that provided the wheels promotion is still running, I should get there around August/September this year :eek:

Our English news is directed to several countries since it is so widely spoken, so there might be some titles not available in all English speaking regions. We will, however, go over the games to make sure they are open for everyone they should be. Chi is available for the UK, so we need to check it is open from our side.

All 6 should be open for the UK

All those providers are open for the UK. I can play other games from those providers at VS when I filter that provider the other slots they made are listed and playable. It is just another mistake on your end again, this happens time and time again. You really need to make sure this does not happen. It is painful having to keep letting you know in this thread every time. Wastes my time and your time. If they got it right and fixed it so this does not happen, time would not get wasted lol :D

While the providers are available in the UK and certified, it simply comes down to us requiring to have the certificates and documents sent to us before we allow them in a regulated market. This means that even a game that will be available in the UK at our site, might be available a bit later if we are unable to get the documents immediately.

Hopefully this explains why this can happen.

Just did, they are still not showing in the new games sections as I said. I also tried firefox and private and incognito modes. They are not showing, only showing when I search the name of the slots. It really is not good this isn't :( Why do VS always have these issues? And why do you always say clear cache and cookies. This is not a cache or cookies issue.

The new games tab is dynamic depending on where your IP is, meaning when games are opened up for new countries they can sometimes cache, and take some time to appear, which is what seems to be happening, as we cannot replicate this issue using a VPN connecting via the UK, as for having issues we try our best to provide the best service possible and we always appreciate when you guys highlight these mistakes, as it helps us improve.

Two things that shouldn't be on the wheel, and the one just LOVES me, and that is the x2 (loves me) and a rounder ticket, both pretty well useless. Okay so I'm done my trophies, but there is still a large space on the one that says " all done trophies?".

@Team.Videoslots What's up with the long cashout time recently? My last 2 withdrawals were pending for 4 days, when they used to go through the next working day. I'm using bank wire transfer, since that's the only one i can use. I don't expect cashouts to be instant, but i don't think the next working day is asking too much.

It's almost like at Casimba, "we are going to wait 48 hours until we process your cashout, feel free to cancel the cashout at any time". You don't encourage to cancel the cashout in words at least, but you have that cancel cashout button at the top of the screen. You can ask support to flush it, but support will also cancel a flushed withdraw for you. Being tempted to cancel the cashout wasn't much of an issue before, but it will be if its going to be pending for 4 days from now on.

Lady of Aragon really ripped me a new one last night. It was like an egg timer. Triggering the bonus took 500 spins or more and it paid shit. Plus I didn't seem to get a reward for the slot. But I bet that when it pays it pays very well
 
Wow. I've been with VS as long as they have had these, and never have I seen them take that long......ever. Good to know for future.

To be fair I have "Completed all" many, many times and it has always taken this long.

Depend what time of the day you complete can make a factor of an extra couple of hours also :)

unfortunately, I'm with TD and all TD visa debit deps are stopped unless it's OLG; unless something has changed as of very recently

I dont use eco but even then thats adding an unnecessary step if VS adds etransfer themselves - one click dep, 1 click WD

Can I ask why NetEnt slots are blocked for me please? I live on the Isle of Man. I have raised this with support in the past and they say that NetEnt is not available in my territory.

However, LeoVegas let me play NetEnt slots no problem, so they don't seem to care that I live on the IOM.

It's actually quite a big deal for me as there are many slots in the NetEnt catalogue that I enjoy playing, and most recently of course DOA2 has been released, which I can't play at VS, but can play at LeoVegas fine.

LeoVegas have been getting my deposits recently, simply because I can play NetEnt there and I like to mix some of their slots into my sessions.
