Why the stewards enquiry? They could easily do as others do and don't give you anything back![]()
I'm just trying to understand how it works, not a stewards enquiry at all. They state "Regardless if you win or lose you will receive 25% cashback on all your bets in our game categories Videoslots and Slots. The more you BET, the more you GET!" and I think its pretty safe to say that isn't true.
Most companies do projected revenue reports, not just casinos which are based on a lot of factors including previous months profits, same time of year, increased customer bases, SE/Dormant accounts etc etc etc
They are usually 95% accurate which allows business to get 'ahead of the game' nothing sinister just the sign of a well run business.
In which case that should be stated, I like to play at casino's that are transparent, I don't think they should just guess how much they are going to make in any one day, they should do the calculation how much you are getting the following day when they know their profit, not what they think they might make, not sure how they can even guess at how much they might make as the slots are supposed to be random.

please don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its not a good deal. Its free cashback if its 1% or 25%, but it is a bonus still, and the terms are extremely unclear. A new player who doesn't play at casino's regularly will see the headline of 25% of all your bets and think 'wow so if I deposit £100 manage to play through £1000, then I will get £250 cashback. I know thats not the case, you know thats not the case, most people on this forum will know its not the case, but thousands of newbies won't.

). That is if you can play them from Australia
