Is this with reference to the BTG lag. Made a little profit from DoA so headed for Bonanza, quit after 20 or so spins, the lag and delay is worse than ever and no fun at all

BTG is throwing up errors on all platforms and from all casinos I've tried. Some get the Connection Error problem more than others, but it's there on them all.

@Team.Videoslots VS you really need to sort your ridiculous password reset feature, to start with 3 attempts is not enough before you get locked, then you can't use the password reset as your account is locked so you have to bother live chat who then have to unlock it so you can request a reset.

Then you have to go back to the website ask for a password reset email, which then doesn't arrive so you have to go back to live chat to get a manual email sent which consists of a temporary password which must be entered manually and not copied then you have to chose another password which must have letters symbols capital letters.

When all this nonsense is finally finished you hopefully can then access your account.

What is wrong with a simple password reset none of this 3 attempts lock your account rubbish it just uses up live chat who could be doing better things.

Very Strange.

Most if not all of my play has been at VS for a good 18 month's now, withdrawals have always been 10-15 minutes at the most for me, including any time over a weekend.

Only thing I can think of, is it a particularly large amount which needs management approval first and they don't work the weekend, just thinking out loud?

Depends on the balance. Usually deposit 30 - 100 euro, so I start at 0.20 - 0.50 depending on the game. If build my balance up considerably, preferably to a point where I at least can withdraw my initial deposit with a little profit and still have something to play with, I'll go up to 1 euro and possibly higher... again... depending on where my balance is. DOA2 never gets more than 0.18 from me. Not brave/stupid enough.

I did a couple of times go into the silly stakes after stupidly good runs of luck, but never again. Still shudder to think about the 10 - 20 euro spins I did on Book of Dead. Let's just say it did not pay off. Probably for the best honestly. Can't imagine how mundane sane stakes would feel if I hit a huge win on 20 euro.

Not sure what happened for you.

But thought i would let you know they still do withdrawals fine at weekends.

Just did one myself there that was so quick by time i registered and entered a battle it was already processed

IMHO, as long as the minion info is accurate, it is important the "anomaly" is registered.
That way people know it may happen and don't overreact.

It seriously takes the piss mate. Loyal as a puppy (well what I can afford anyway) and what do I get??

Can't play BTG, can't play Novo, Can't really survive on reduced RTP Play N' Go, what's left from my play list - super HV DoA's which are always hungry

£40 disappearing in to thin air due to not being able to play my 'go to' - disconnects, lag, won't connects at all, totally unfair and what can I do to relax in an evening, a once enjoyable past time other than quit altogether.

Sadly don't have the patience for knitting and don't have green fingers
