What on earth are you talking about?

No casino can "control" the games!

Bust The Bank was/is a Flash game and probably has been / will be pulled by Microgaming due to not being converted to HTML5.

And can we all stop with this kind of threats? "If you...., then I will...." or "If you don't...., then I will...." (insert text as you please) are getting really stale! :rolleyes:

WDs hit my acct 2 days after submitting and that's a bank transfer (they usually take 5 elsewhere)
and unlike other casinos *coughGUTScough* that say, oh, it's your BANK that eats the $65 in transfer fees, what I WDed from VS is what arrived :thumbsup:
 
The last time I deposited to play I lost £150 giving Fire Rooster a good bash on 30p spins. Now it is giving me "Insufficient funds" even though I have just redeposited to try play the same game.As well as that my balance shows that it has gone down to zero even though it is not possible. Refreshing keeps showing my real balance. It is very frustrating.
I am fed up with "please send us a screen shot" or some such nonsense so please don't just give me that
 
Help please. I was told that Swedish players don´t have the achievements any more and that the info about that was in the news.

Seriously considering moving to another casino as my main one, I don't know what is going on with VS but I have reduced my bet size to 20p a spin and still barely getting half an hour's play whether it is just a bad run I don't know but something isn't right. I have barely taken part in the Thursday battles as the 10p games just are not worth the effort.

I may see if the rtp being higher at other casinos gives me more play time, when I saw that this Thursday was another 10p game it just made me think why am I aiming for the 2500xp when I am only really using it on battle weekend.

Those numbers dont say very much without knowing how much you deposit and what slots you play.
I always advocate playing at the highest rtp availible, and if that means swapping sites then go for it.
Slots with same rtp should produce about the same resuslt. Even if its easy to think the grass is greener, that is usually not the case.

I have always had my deposit limits set at £20 daily and never had a problem before.

Today I played a new game called Outerspace Invaders at 25p soon changed to Reactoonz at 40p and then 20p also tried Bonanza at 40p just nothing.

I have been trying Reactoonz all week at 20p/40p may have to change games as it is a low rtp at Videoslots.

Just tried DHV! and that one was worse! - 8-10 secs per spin.

I also thought it might be my internet as CasinoMeister website also seems to be carrying a lag today. Other websites such as my e-mail are fine however :confused:

I can't believe that I have never tried Oktoberfest before. I was given some free spins as a reward and I continued playing after I had completed them. What an interesting slot with very good winning potential. What I found enjoyable is that the big wins seem to be in the base games feature triggers as apposed to the bonus round

I am sorry that I can not respond quick enough to be able to help because naughty me was playing while at work where I don't always have the time to follow up with helpful detail like you ask. If I run into similar issues I shall try to provide more info but it is just not always possible

The max win on Oktoberfest is actually 500x stake :)

Quite a few of NoLimitCity's slots have pretty low max prizes, and because they all have a decent RTP of 96-97%, they're pretty generous with features and reasonably sized pays.

None of your new games work on my iPad. They do not load.

And when on a game and then I hit the home button the page goes nowhere , there is just your URL top left hand page in small print. Have to hit the back button.

Wow, VS made a withdrawal process much better-the process that was already the best before the change, now it is even better.

I remember VS brought lock withdrawal feature a few month ago, so today I was thinking about using it when I clicked the withdrawal button, but as soon as I clicked the withdrawal button, the money just flushed away, I didn't need to try to find "lock withdrawal button."

I know many of you use e-wallet, and the most of e-wallet withdrawal is instant with VS, so many of you might think what I said is not something new.
But I use bank transfer as a withdrawal option which means it used to stay as pending for a few hours, but now, it just flushed away automatically as soon as I clicked the withdrawal button which is great and I got the email to say my withdrawal was approved within one second from clicking withdrawal button. On withdrawal page, bank transfer option used to remember all my bank details, but I noticed now I have to put all the details every time I want a withdrawal which is not a big deal, I don't mind, I'm just curious, is it because you are using a different method for bank transfer?
 
hmmm not quite so happy i been using my card for a few weeks now fully verified for years all fine till small withdrawal today

suddenly want photo of card bit miffed obviously cause fine to take money but as usual problem to withdraw my modest 130

so ok uploaded early this afternoon and have heard nothing since, yes im a impatient but as i said long time customer,

but now im just annoyed cause ive just been able to deposit with the same card so now balance 141 but i cant withdraw,

not pleased.

To be fair VS has always required any card used to be verified before processing a withdrawal. I know they and all other casinos should probably do it before being allowed to deposit with it. To be honest it is the reason i never use a card with any of these casinos its Neteller paysafe or nothing i only use card for bookies sites as never any hassle with needing to send copies of new cards etc.

Probably because it is weekend the payments team is taking longer to verify your card. I would make sure if i use a new card from now on that i send them copy right away so no hold up in withdrawals when needed as they will ask next time it is a new card as well.

Anyway hope it is sorted soon and you get withdrawal :thumbsup:

Fine if it's a personal CC - a bloody headache if it's a disposable one-time use; in fact, VS is pretty much the ONLY one asks for prepaid CC scans

:laugh: Long as they don't start asking for copies of any paysafe vouchers used or i would be well and truly screwed since they get tossed in bin as soon as credited .

well was only option cause skrill decided not to let you upload mastercard via them anymore i never used anything but skrill,

im annoyed twice mainly because i had a small withdrawal from rizk the other day same scenario but withdrew to skrill they emailed and said

can you withdraw to card you used i thought here we go but no they just paid it to my card instead so well done them,

secondly video slots just let me deposit again with same card thats annoying in my book simple fact is my withdrawal is being held to ransom

far as im concerned pay your customers first and you can ask/request anything you like then ill decide if i wish to provide or close,

thanks for the reply anyway

Tell me about it Neteller stopped taking Mastercard ages ago as well. Think they might be taking it again but not worth the hassle as bank kept blocking deposits to Neteller anyway even tho no problem making a hundred deposits a day to a bookies lol.

Now when i need money in Neteller i basically have to deposit in Coral with paysafe or bank and win to withdraw to my Neteller account to top it up lol. So much for anti money laundering rules. Pain in ass but easiest way i have to put money in Neteller now.
