If I play and lose £1000, getting a £50 bonus with wagering is much more satisfying than knowing I will get £5 cashback in a weeks time, and maybe 5 free 10p spins. I get 100% up to £500 bonus offers quite often, I take them as I win with my money, great, lose it, have £500 for a bit extra playtime, even if I don't make the wagering. That to me is a much better offer than yours.
I know your rewards are wager free, and thats good, but when I'm playing £2 spins, getting 10 x 10p spins for finishing 182th (are you every going to fix that every position says xxxth) doesn't do a thing for me. The fact is, the total value is less than one spin for me. Clash of the spins is rubbish, I'm not going to play 4 games at once on blitz mode just to win 4 spins. The rewards focus have changed a lot with the new wheel. Lately even blue and red wheel have been upgraded. The Clashes dont only have 10cent spins, highest is 50 cent average is around 23 cent, however they are more for the lowroller. But in my view, if you have reach over level 21 the rewards with weekend booster + the wheel is very valuable. I do however see a problem for users betweeen level 20 - 21 and that is something we are looking at.
 
Red tiger now have the reduced rtp right, but tiki fruits is showing 96.05% is this correct? (UK)

I think the Clash of Spins is awful. I don't feel I have faired all that badly, but I made a concentrated effort to win some spins. You must choose a game you can spin as fast as possible. You may not go to toilet or grab a bite to eat during those 15 minutes. Use the time for the tourney that is structured such that only $2 per spin players have even a chance of making top 3.

Play at times other than the busiest times, i.e. when most people want to play or receive funds. Look at what the reward is to decide if it is even worth trying for.

If you are in Sweden and have that 3 second gimp, just give up entirely.

If you like to play any of the cascading games, you better pick some new favourites, or play those during tournaments you don't have a chance in.

Only switch games or begin play exactly when a tournament starts.

Like to deposit $20 a few nights a week. You are better off to just dump it all in once a week and play the tourney that best fits you for exactly 15 mins at a time.

Make sure you play on a device that gives you the quickest play, and that you move somewhere where you can have the quickest possible internet connection.

Don't make 60 cent spins during a 20 cent tournament.

Do Not spin slowly, or go have a smoke before a bonus round, use autoplay, take any screenshots, play freerolls, etc.

Videoslots, you have made this so only advantage players get the bulk of the rewards. Those that really play recreationally or leisurely, or change game frequently, or play all night at the same bet size, or like to vary their bets, start playing at 8:38 instead of 8:29, or 8:31all those players are now getting MUCH less than before.

For a long time you have increased the number of race places as your customer base grew.

Rather than cut everything so drastically, you could have simply not upped the prize pool at all. Or put a 1x WR on it. Or paid in 140 free 10 cent spins instead of $14 cash.

I realize you must have put quite a bit of time into designing this, and therefore will be extremely loathe to abandon it entirely.

BTW, my favourite is the Big Win clash. Sure, game choice is important, and so is speed. But there is an element of luck that might give any player a decent chance at nabbing a few spins.

What is your view of the Wheel of Jackpots? have you entered any of the XP wheels yet?
 
So next will be my first crack at an experience wheel. The experience needed between my last reward (which was before the wheel, and certainly minimal, as I had come to expect) is 250K. I "only" need about 1/2 of that to get my first chance at one.

I'm less excited than I was before I started looking at the math. I do hope the gold wheel has nice rewards on every spot.

Ask me in a few months. Or give me back Bonanza so I can do $20 spins. :p
 
BTG has been pretty good to me too. Never got a 600x win, and don't think I ever hit 500x ever on Bonanza, but I don't think I every had a several thousand spins without a bonus round stints either. Miss Dragonborn, and thought Donuts was pretty great. Starquest (geez, is that it?) was incredibly good to me the day it came out. Too many dead spins to provide any playtime really though. While I was not doing great on DHV, I would have kept on playing it.

But I understand why BTG made their marketing decision.

But I hate not being able to play Elk, which did not ban us, and games from quite a number of providers that did not ban Canada, but run on a server that did.

Agree, so because I'm in Saskatchewan, and don't know... you at least have that playolg thing don't you? Do you have BTG games? I thought thats why they banned them? I'm probably wrong...we have no online access to government casinos here so including all of canada in their rules sucks.

While this is an excellent question, I think it would be good to ask that about as many licensing jurisdictions as possible in a separate thread. Regulations do not just apply to Videoslots. Not every member, or even all of us VS players visit it regularly. And if we don't, it gets to difficult to catch up without a big time investment.
 
Somehow I am really interested how VS will look like in 1-2 months. They changing really much.

Can someone who does not gain 500 xp can take part in the buy in battles that replacing some free rolls?

It would be great if free rounders would include a few free spin prizes to mix it up. So the best 30-60 players getting this free rounder ticket and maybe the best 100 getting 5-10 free spins.
 
@Team.Videoslots Why there is no demo mode anymore? I always loved to play some games for free, when I log out and open games I get asked to register/login or I can not access to that game. When logged in there is no way to play them for free.

To join the daily added you need to complete same requirements as freerolls.
 
@Team.Videoslots - The dreaded cloudflare error message is back with a vengeance :( It is affecting thunderkick slots and pragmatic slots but only in Chrome Browser. Clearing cache and cookies has not made any difference. Also I can not play the thunderkick battles as I get the same error in chrome. I can however play them fine in firefox. So please can you fix it?

No need for me to send email now, as the issue has some how vanished. I did clear cache and cookies at first but that didn't work.

So I then went and reinstalled chrome and then I used ccleaner and deleted all cache and cookies that way. So one of those things obviously fixed it. So I will keep an eye out in case it happens again. But at least I now know a partial solution. Although it is not ideal.

Got mine already, and we Canadians usually receive it last. Was initially confused as I thought I had lost before I went to sleep last night. It was booster about six hours before I expected it.

Somebody should complain, so now I have to exercise more discipline to leave it sit until "tomorrow" (my evening).

Just kidding, glad to have it early.

I got a really exciting wheel today. It had 3 jackpots and every other segment was an orange weekend booster.

Was nearly shaking spinning the wheel wondering what booster i would get:rolleyes:

Could at least have had 5 free spins on it to make it look like it might not land on the booster lol.

Lol, I got that wheel yesterday too mate

Was closing in and finally hit the "Win 280,000" times, - Excited all along the way, that was until my colour-blindness didn't affect me for once and I saw that awful green wheel pop up :(
 
3.50 in booster, qualifications expired last night for S n Go and couldnt tell you when last saw saw a freeroll ticket.

Giving:
2 battle tickets (€5 and €1)
2 weekend booster x 1.75 and another a bit higher.

As for xp wheels.... I’ve been working my way through level 20 for at least 2 years (estimated) and have at least another 2 years to go judging by the progress bar.

It would be the ultimate gesture of kindness to give a free xp booster to long serving members (those loyal but not rich enough to be true vip’s). Even though we only provide small amounts of profits compared to the big guns remember look after the penny player and the pounds will take care of themselves.

Ya it's kind of hard to get excited about a new feature you arent likely to ever see for a very long time - a fifth of the bar of level 20 so it aint around the corner.
In fact, since thats the big perk (the wheel), I'm going to suggest to mom, we bring our deposits down from 200 to 30, as the only perk seems to be freerolls and 30 is all that requires.

Support said they won't be doing any more manual bonuses now that the wheel is instituted, so really, there's not much to gain by putting in larger deposits any more.

Do you have any ideas on how this could be changed?

An idea that I know have been discussed is to set each level from XP1 to 10,000 wager requirment. Today its 1,000 eur wager requirement (on 96% rtp) to reach level 1 - 20. However if that is changed, players on level 20 today would be downgraded in levels, would that be a problem do you think?
So if you have 40,000 XP and are on level 20, you would get down to XP level 4, but it would give you wheels every 5th level from there as it does over level 21.

It is clearly a very detailed mathematical calculation that allows you (sorry, VS financial topdogs) firmly in control of what is spent on promotions.
TBH I haven’t a clue what much of your post means (sorry if I sound rude, not intended as such).
What I do know is that wagering and gaining xp points feels much harder with an average of 94.4% RTP. Wouldn’t it be fairer to calculate it based on deposited amounts?

In the most simplest of terms, psychologically it is nice to progress up through levels whatever the reward.

Moving back to level 4 wouldn’t be so bad if the level ups came in equal steps without a giant leap at level 20. On the downside though it would mean 15 more levels (3 jackpot wheel spins?) at ‘wood’ level.

Is this right? - From what I've seen and heard I thought Bronze/Silver/Gold wheels had MUCH better rewards than those you describe :(

Those sound more like Blue and Red wheels??
