I am a bite loath to ask a question in this thread after not being aware of being unable to see not one single thread related to Videoslots on the first page in here for maybe more that two years.
Why have you permitted a slot provider (Evolution gaming) to be shown on there banner in basic games view while all other game providers have to leave their possible players to learn who they provided by until they open the game?

What does it affect?
If you open the game and don't like the provider you can just close it.

Can you possibly look in to an alternative for the Clash of Spins rewards on the newly added game "Arcade Bomb"

This is an accumulative game where certain amounts of spins are required to hit win triggers and thus unfair on players when the reward spins run out.

Afraid so.

The cash has been replaced by the clash of spins where if you are extremely lucky you might earn some free spins on a Monday.

Please do not lose sight of what makes you one of the best if not the best casino online. I think growth is good... changing things once in a while can also be good. But.. .Do not forget why players choose videoslots over all others. I am not much of a talker but i hope you understand what i am trying to say.

I haven't commented on VS, their cut backs, changes, I was just waiting for it all to conclude. Seeing another two freerolls replaced with paid battles doesn't bode well for my future at VS. I so try not to negative in these forums but... really? All I can say is WHY? I read all the threads about the £1m and this seems to be the excuse for the cutbacks. Again I say WHY? VS is a multi million company, how much profit did VS make last year, never mind losing a measly mill. The CEO (Mr Paradise Papers) could take the hit without even blinking. So where is the logic in losing player upon player, I see many accounts also appear to be deactivated. For months VS has been the only casino I chose to deposit at, I stayed loyal even whilst they took away or changed all the things that made them great. Do VS have an endpoint? Fantastic paid battles versus freerolls? Cashback versus non existent clash spins. Lowering the RTP, etc... Just stop already!!! It's beginning to be ridiculous, even laughable but I've put too much in to crack a smile. Standing by for account deactivation..

I dunno, I think anyone new looking in might be getting a skewed perspective, if they werent ones spoiled for goodies and are bummed at some of the removals because there's still the other side for new players:

CM presence...check
paid in timely manner...check
promos for depositors....Clash of Spins, freerolls, Sit N Gos, weekend booster, battles, wheel of jackpots, ...check
freebies/perks...CM promos...check

I mean, looking at it from a fresh perspective, if this is what was offered out of the gate, still better than 99% of the casinos out there for rewards

And after a bad 1000 € loss session they realize:

- Weekend Booster below 5 € ... Check
- Clash of Spins, 1x5 spins on Jaguar Temple...Check
- Wheel of Weekend Booster ... Check
- 3 winners in CM Promo ... Check

Only good thing: The SNGs. Without SNG a 10 % cashback would be better for most players than all of that together. Clash of spins is non existing for most players.

They should make additionally a big battle (1 week duration) where like the previous casino race 10.000 players will win something. This way active players will get at least 5 Spins per week instead nothing.

Quick question, if you wager 50,000 EUR at a Casino regardless of what you win or lose. What would be a fair reward/bonus etc?

How can anyone answer that? If I lost 10k wagering it I would hope to get more than 5 x 10p spins on some crappy thunderkick game. If I won 20k, I wouldn't expect or want anything, I would be happy with my winnings.

Also, for many of us medium or high rollers, we are past many of the milestones. I almost stopped playing after that slap in the face for Level 100.

A million win is no small feat either. Please allow players to reset such achievements. Also, I would suggest different rewards based on a dollar value played, rather than merely a number of spins or wins. I think it is probably obvious that a customer who makes 50K spins @ 2 or 3 dollars is important to retain. Not to say that a player that makes 9 cent to 60 cents is not important. But with VIP hosts done away with, I know that players at higher levels do feel unappreciated if $100K of play is worth exactly the same as $5,000.

Difficult question anyway because it would probably take a very long time.
On the way I would certainly get some free money from battles and other things, but I suspect that I would put all of that in to the wagering too.

I'm not up on Videoslots but I do get a lot of more playtime there. What you want to tell me is that I get that because you are so generous with all the free money we get back?
That was true, but if we get less now then won't you lose a part too then?

Yes but question was what would be good reward / bonus after 50k wager. If you get fixed "cash back" I wouldn't count it :)

What is the calculation for it? I've wagered £20+k in a week not too long ago and am pretty sure I didn't get 50, let alone much more than 50. I might be wrong, just going from memory.

Edit: Actually I was wrong, you were right, found a month when I did £54k wagering and got £297 back.
That month I lost 5.7k, and this is one thing that bugs me about videoslots, £6k deposits in that month, any other casino I would have had an email from a loyalty department, or a phone call, or enhanced loyalty, I know, because I've had it, from Videoslots, nothing. However, did get 2 responsible gaming emails twice when I stopped depositing. Funny how I didn't get those when I was making large losses!

Just as an aside, if I lost that amount at nobonuscasino, my wager free cashback would have been double Videoslots.

I wrote after a bad session and 1000 € loss the rewards are not enough and you write something about 50.000 € wagered and a 600 € loss, this means the player manages to wager the deposit over 83 times (!!!). In this case, he would get more than enough from the weekend booster.

But in most cases, people will bust after 3-5 times. Let's take my example with 1000 € and let's say I wager 5711,08 €, my weekend booster for this value was for example 20,41 €. I just clarify now what my point is:

When you have a good session and wager a lot the rewards are fine and well balanced, maybe even too much. But when you have multiple bad sessions you get nothing, your weekend booster is low, the amount of rewards is low and you barely would get any spins at clash of spins. This is why I think that some adjustments would be good, maybe if you can not wager 3x with your deposit give a little weekend booster multiplier randomly activated (and remove the normal weekend booster rewards from the wheels or give people a choice, I will later make an example how this could look like).

Is this now a "expose your customer's challenge"? I wrote that on bad sessions the rewards you get are non-existing as you bust out before you can wager/play enough for clash of spins, a relevant amount of weekend booster, trophies, ... but yet you trying to degrade this to a personal area. But I have no problem at sharing my data, not sure what this helps:

(After playing for 7 months, it was 1000 € deposit/month but decreased because of the cuttings and RTP reduction)

Deposit: 6450,00 €
Withdraw: 7789,50
Profit: 1339,50 €

Wager: 31.891,41
Wins: 32.613,51
Net: 722,10 €

1339,50 - 722,10 € = 617,40 € won through free spins, wheel, battles, casino race, weekend booster, clash of spins, SNGs and CM exclusive promotions (200 € from the gold wheel).

When I play for example in one of those no-account casinos (there are plenty casinos) they give me always 10 % cashback (also no wager). To me it looks like you got quite good rewards. But yes you are correct that on a bad session you would receive less.

However, getting 2% rewards on all your bets is quite alot when slots are around 3.2% - 4% on house edge. Dont know what games your playing. But posting VS rewards are bad is in my view a incorrect statement. (yes DE customers have gotten lower RTP on PnG games, but that also mean increase of Weekend Booster and XP as its based on RTP, 95% game gives 125% instead of 100%.)
