i have contacted the live support in the morning in case to an Issue with my Achievements from the slot:The Lost Riches of Amazon (100/250 winning spins in one day didn't count forward)
and there were 2 trophy's/rewards on it... signed as "Status" & "GoldenMonkey" .... livesupport have all checked and also sayin' that i'm right with this issue and he will send it to the technical department...they could add my missing trophy's/rewards then!! we will contact you via mail

Just a quick note to say that I love your work and take a deep breath and keep swimming! :-)

Now..... new games in the freerolls would be so much more fun! Some of the old games are just so old and boring (Zoom, Cloud Quest, Birds on the Wire, Viking ....can't even remember the name because I just play that in auto) . I know we already passed lots of suggestions to VS in another thread but I thought that today is a good day to ask again. :-)

I might be busy, but it is a labour of love!

We have been looking at improvements regarding the Battles and it is something that is happening, but we have, unfortunately, had other things that have had priority. I hope that we can start improving the Battles soon and the thread will be of great help to us, so please keep posting which games you like and which you do not like.

Why not just give some amount of freeroll tickets each week on a certain day based on your wagering?

Eg; wager $1000, get 7x$1 tickets. Wager $10,000 get 14x$2 tickets etc.

That way you can use them in whatever battles you like.
 
Since most of the VS rewards are based on hit %'s (5 hits in a row, 100 hits in a day etc...) does anyone have a source for the hit % of particular slots? I believe there was a user generated spreadsheet floating around awhile ago but don't think it's been updated.

So anyone know which games won't regularly go 25 spins without a single hit nowadays?

You can see "hit rate" on my RTP section on VS, but of course, that is for the games you have played.

There is a website- I think it is called slot tracker or something like that- might show hit rates for most games but you have to join and pay to be a member to see those information.

Not worth it, do the math with the RTP, cost per spin, any hit rate you want. Keep in mind that low cost spins have sometimes very low RTP (respins can be 50%, 60%, even 0%).
You can chase it when you are already close, 100 - 200 spins away.

Just play a slot you like and see the reward as something extra. :)

im sad to say but the support havent got a clue

In my experience, the hit rate averages at 1 / 4 - 5 spins.

Any game has the potential to go even more than 25 spins.

I'm not sure if we're arguing here? I know there's some with very low hit %'s (I think 11% is the lowest I've found) - what I'm saying is these slots are a lot less valuable in terms of Videoslots rewards than a 66% hitrate slot since it'd take you more than 5x as many spins to hit the quanitity rewards and you can forget about the streak rewards almost entirely.

I know some people say "so what? the rewards are useless" - but when I'm getting 50% bonus offers on most other casinos it's the only value-add there is; getting rewards to try and boost your cashback.

edit: @Dan.Videoslots Am I allowed to post a spreadsheet showing Videoslots rewards for certain slots including hit %'s that I and a few others worked on ages ago?

A high hit rate gives you the impression that you are winning most of the time, but the pays are very often below the bet size. It is part of slot psychology.

Reactoonz hit frequency for the base game: 54.39% with the RTP distribution being still only 45% in the main game and 55% in the bonus round. The main game on Reactoonz includes the occasional random features and all features that do not lead to Gargantoon being triggered.

The hit rate on the Netent slots I posted is only around 20% but the RTP distribution is still around 40% and higher for the base game.

So yes, you have a high hit frequency on Reactoonz in the base game but the payouts are mostly abysmal. The largest portion of the RTP goes to the Gargantoon feature, hence if you don't get it for very long it is actually worse for your cash back.

But you are right, a high hit frequency gets you quicker to the VS trophies and rewards. Question is whether VS has that factored in for the value of the reward. If yes, then it hardly makes a difference whether you need e.g. 1100 spins or 2500 spins to get the "500 wins" reward.

I will try to show all that with an example:

Lets say you are 1000 wins away from the Reactoonz big reward and that reward is 100 fs on Reactoonz (value of fs 100x0.20=20). With 54.39% hit rate for 1000 wins you will need 1000x100/54.39=1839 spins. With 0.20 min bet that means you will need 367.80 wagering to complete the task. But how much cash will you lose before you complete that wagering? It depends on the RTP of your season.

If you don't get the Gargantoon your RTP may be only 45%, that means you will lose 203 to complete the 368 wagering.
But if you get the fetaure and manage an RTP of 95%, that means you will only lose 18.40 to complete the 368 wagering.

Since then had no need to go elsewhere. The news on the site about another great promo and battles this week I deposited with a credit card I have used before and entered the code and freespins came up with no issue. This is where the issues arose i looked to see what time the promo battle started but noticed my account was now not verified? I initially thought have i used this card before on here and went to check and seen was verified but noticed, netteller said ''not verified''. I quickly jumped on live chat and as always helpful as ever said they seen i hadn't used netteller since last year so they will delete it and account will be back to normal. This morning woke up to email saying i was no longer verified as ID had expired? I now missed last nights battle and next few. I've been Verified here since last year and only site i go to for slots, apart from during footy season where WH or Betfair(who now have stopped promo's as hit a decent win on a promo) for my weekend football coupons. I don't doubt you've had some good results here but it's just luck. To build in the kind of compensation system you're suggesting here would be immensely difficult, illegal and completely unnecessary for slot developers.

Edit: and yes, if you have a lower than average RTP then it WILL correct over time. But that's just the way averages work and the game would have played the same if you'd begun with 1% historic RTP or 1000%

I agree that luck is involved because there is no way of knowing when a very bad run in a slot is about to change.But after a very lucrative week in Videoslots I was not too hopeful of my usual slots being generous. As it turned out I played my 3 worst performing slots where I had played a fair amount of real money on and I more than tripled my initial £50 deposit and had hours of fun while doing it
