Thanks Dan, it is just not nice to give a player a big fat nothing after wagering a massive $2 Million! And I did that in less than 2.5 years. To reach that milestone and seeing the red coin with the 2x popping up is soooooo disappointing.

Don't really have to break the bank either here if I am honest, £20 wager free cash or say 200 FS on a 0.20 stake, both of which 90% of players will play and lose anyway but also feel that they have been actually rewarded.

I have reached level 200 yesterday and the reward was 2x race points for 500 spins. That is awful to put it politely.
To give a player, who wagered $2Million at your casino something between 500 - 4,000 race points (depending on bet size) is very meager at best, an insult at worst. You should have something special for these kind of milestones, even when it is deposit based, e.g. like 200% bonus up to $200 or maybe $50 cash on the next deposit. Something that gives the players that little extra satisfaction for playing so much at VS.
A few extra spins in the race for 500 spins are like a slap in the face, 500x in a row.

I had a few rewards of 10% cash on top of the next deposit, up to $10 or $25. For such milestones they could do a 15% or 20%, would even convince me to deposit $250 in one shot to claim the maximum.
At least you see something happening in your account. Extra race points are OK for smaller rewards, no issue there.
You know, I was just about to deposit at VS but writing this post got me worked up again, so bad that I am thinking of depositing elsewhere.

There are some cracking in game rewards, DoA for example, 300 FS on doing all the achievements, Even Rhino, upon completing the "Win 1,000 times in RR" I got 20 x 0.40 spins, finished Bonanza Saturday also, got a £10 battle ticket and only won the bloody thing for 90 odd euros
I think it needs an overhaul, given the loyalty of a lot of players and also some hi/lo roller differentiation.
I'd stick with VS though mate as there are a LOT more pluses to overcome the negatives, plus I always find if I change my mind where to deposit at the last minute, it mostly ends in regret and a super fast bust

I'm guessing the loyalty rewards are finite and limited per game? Used to love racking up a few extra perks at first, these days, I'll play the same games on rotation (as before) and see the empty chasm in my Rewards section
Probably mentioned a thousand times before no doubt, but I feel some of the higher achievements/ rewards should be repeatable, given the investments in the games
