I took a long break from online slots, from May 2014 to March 2018, not because they were causing me any issues or anything like that, I just got a bit bored with them.

In March this year I dipped my toes back into the water with Bonanza at Videoslots and have made a few deposits there since. Nothing major, about £600 in total since March across two different cards. I was up after some sessions (documented on my channel) but left the balance in my VS account from one week to the next as I knew I'd be back there playing before too long.

As you may know I took a bit of a kicking on Afterlife Inferno over the course of a few sessions recently, but finally had a bit of luck last night and today, and decided I'd make a withdrawal of £100 back to my card, leaving £80 in my account to play with.

At which point, this happened..... For both cards I'd been using to deposit with.

Opened up a live chat and in fairness the guy was helpful and informative. It turns out that VS still classify Neteller as my 'majority deposit method', as my lifetime deposits to them via Neteller are greater than either of the cards, despite the fact I haven't deposited at VS with Neteller (or anywhere for that matter) since 2014! (The account was closed by Neteller in 2016 due to inactivity.)

So the chap from live chat has put in a request to have my 'majority deposit method' reset, once that's done and I've been notified of it, I then need to make a small deposit with the card (!?!?!) so the 'system knows where to send the withdrawal to', despite the fact I've already deposited with the card several times.

The thing that bugs me about this is I've already pre-submitted all my docs and got everything verified, I have green 'APPROVED' bars right across the board in the 'Documents' section of 'My Profile', and yet somehow I still have hoops to jump through just to make a withdrawal of £100! (As you can see it took three attempts to get the bank account verified as the requirements are so precise, but I figured it was worth putting in the effort upfront to make a withdrawal easy.)

Doubtless it'll be sorted without any issue, but it just goes to show how even if you do everything you can possibly think of ahead of time to make a withdrawal painless, something can still crop up.....

If you are asking about playing with weekends booster money, yes, of course it varies. Sometimes it disappears within 10 minutes.
Normally I would say around 1 hour, but occasionally it gives a good playing time.

If you are asking about playing time with Viking Runecraft, it is a really good game if you want some playing time with small amount of money, of course it can be cold, but comparing to other games, I think Viking Runecraft is the game if you want playing time or grinding for wagering requirement.

OK Dan, my turn to complain for once.

I have reached level 200 yesterday and the reward was 2x race points for 500 spins. That is awful to put it politely.

To give a player, who wagered $2Million at your casino something between 500 - 4,000 race points (depending on bet size) is very meager at best, an insult at worst. You should have something special for these kind of milestones, even when it is deposit based, e.g. like 200% bonus up to $200 or maybe $50 cash on the next deposit. Something that gives the players that little extra satisfaction for playing so much at VS.

A few extra spins in the race for 500 spins are like a slap in the face, 500x in a row.

There are ways to change your account currency but it is not straightforward and needs some work on the casino site. It's sort of closing your current account and opening a new one.
