No. They are saying I am doing great because of the bonus value! When infact, I'm doing horrible. You don't get that much in cash for the freespin battles. They are going by what it is worth! My RTP should and would be 45% roughly, but they add that in then it becomes higher, which makes them not liable into looking at if there is a problem. And clearly there is a problem! Bad luck has a beginning and an end, with peaks and lows. This is straight across the board and has been almost a year. My trophies arent triggering again. Second time with in a few months this has happened.

It would stay half way for days and then go back. I made Dan aware of this months ago, and he saw that it was a problem too and did the steps to get it corrected. Now that it's happening again he can't do anything because of the rules that are in place and " Tom" said there isnt a problem. And that is what they do. If that was the case, outside that it isn't. With the amount of time ( Im on it everyday) and money since May 21st, almost 1k. I should of won 500 times, 750 times.

If you google the name of your bank and add swift code in the search, it will come up. For instance my bank is TD. So I would put TD Canada Trust Swift Code.

Don't do that for the IBAN though
It should be on the statement or in online banking with some banks, or ring CS for it.
