Hi guys. Quick query if anyone can help or has gone through the same..😬😬
I won quite a lot last Tuesday and the company are withholding my winnings and have deactivated my account.
I’ve been in touch with CS and they say they don’t know why it’s down to the responsible gaming dept to sort.
Is this normal procedure guys?

It would help us judge if we knew who the operator was.

I am guessing not a good one - to use the RG excuse AFTER the winning event is bad as a rule.

Whether this is a rip-off attempt or excuse not to pay depends on who the operator is.

It may be one where you could get help via the CM complaints process.
 
Ah thank you for such a quick response. The operator is Videoslots my friend. I have deposited and withdrawn all though small amount before this and have e-mail validating withdrawal before, so was very shocked to see them deactivate my account and it’s nearly been a week, no coms from them unless I pester them.. just doesn’t feel right. But a lass I’ve never one this big before either, so could be normal procedure…🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
