hello every one.i am new here and English is not my first language so thank you for understanding. , I have some questions . i joined Video slots casino around mid July this year since then i have deposited around 19,000 Australian Dollars. few nights ago i won 130,000 Lucky me :), I didn't know about the 10,000 limit per month but after reading the T&C on their website I came across request a withdrawal limit increase which i did the same night that i did win . i also read about the VIP members who do not have a limit and they can just withdrawal with no limit. first i wana know with the amount that i spent in such a short time should i be considered for VIP membership? and is it normal to take 4 days and still no reply about my limit increase? the reason for all this is while waiting for the last 4 nights i already lost 60,000 of my original 130,000 winnings and i feel like its getting delayed intentionally but i hope mi worn . anyways i appreciate the responses and opinions. and again sorry for my bad english

Yes Video slots are good, Lucas even better, 4 days is to long, Well done on the win and please do not spend no more of it, As with a VIP player I guess that would come over time, But as you mentioned you signed up in July than surely that VIP status should of been on the cards,

Im really trying my best not to :) but you know how it is specially when delays happen and no one gives you a straight answer . yes Lucas just got back to me this is what he said : Our payments team will be getting back in touch with you today regarding the increasing of the withdrawal limit. so im still waiting and hoping i can enjoy my big win :confused:
