I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Videoslots staff. I signed up recently, last week, within 3 hours my documents were approved (ID, bill, card) online. I had an amazing luck and hit a 760x bet on fruitoids with a 3EURO betsize. I thought now I would be in problem, I hit the cash out button, it was approved the same day and I had the money on my VISA card the next bank day (amazing, now I know other sites are just slow :). As if that wasn't enough I hit another 400x hit on Riches of the Ra, and I have now cashed out nearly two months salaries.. WITHOUT PROBLEMS. THANK YOU!!!

Second, I don´t understand how you can afford your cashback (I honestly earn money on it). And third, I actually won a substantional amount in the casino race (no wager requirement) never done that before.

This casino is the opposite to a no-cashout casino - it is a "no-deposit-only cashout casino".

Okay I am happy because I won. But importantly, all the things such as payments, docs etc have been outstanding.

This has been the best experience at any casino (and I have signed up to around 35).

all the best

I think this casino should expect a significant increase in business in the near future! :)

Sir......

Well I've been here over the last day or 2 but have not had a chance to write about my issues with Videoslots and yep... withdrawal problems.

A month or so ago I deposited AUD... no issues. But then I withdrew really quick as my dog busted both his cruciate ligaments in his hind legs.
So emergency vet bills later I withdrew what I had deposited.

It arrived in my bank account less 12AUD of my withdrawal. I didn't think much about it at the time.

Then a week later I deposited some more.... but my house was broken into and keys stolen. Had to pay for locksmith to reconfigure all locks.

So I withdrew my other deposit. Same thing. 12AUD less.

So I wrote to Videoslots asking why this had happened since it clearly states on their withdrawal page and in banking that there are no fees. I got a reply saying that we do not take any fees etc etc.

So I then wrote to Luke the Videoslots rep here and he told me that they HAD paid me in AUD. He sent me some attachment in some language (German?).

Then in my snail mail I get 2 letters from my bank saying that they had received funds from another AUS bank... less... you guessed it! AUD12!

So I wrote back to Luke attaching letters from my bank and he adamantly denied that they hadn't done anything but pay me my withdrawal amount. But that clearly wasn't the case. He advised I contact my own bank and they in turn advised me to contact Videoslots!

My argument is that they deal with a bank in Australia (major bank) who then passes the funds on to my bank. In the meantime I'm thinking that the initial Australian bank takes their AUD12 cut.

But Luke denies all his end... and my bank denies all my end!

Look it's $24 all up. Not going to break the bank (though at that time I needed everything as described above!). But it's the principal. It clearly says on the Videoslots website no charges for bank wires!!

Sir. Videoslots.com is an accredited casino. I am sure they did nothing wrong to you.
My experience with videoslots .com is a little different than yours but the end result is the same.

I will give you some advice Sir, DO not WASTE your time.

Trust me on this.

Shame that moderation doesnt remove nonsensical gibberish too I suppose. HOW exactly is the end result the same? It doesn't really sound like the guy wants advice not to play there does it, seeing as he has had zero issues, great service, fast cashouts... hardly a waste of time, and be honest here - who would you trust, YOURSELF - YOUR OWN EXPERIENCES - or some random struggling to make sense on a forum? ....

Sorry Johnny but I have to be honest, I don't play much at videoslots yet myself, so am more than open to rational debate on their strengths and weaknesses - unfortunately "waste of time, trust me" does not qualify ...

? I don't understand your point?

He has a problem with an accredited casino? I td him not to waste his time fighting for his case as he is probably eating his time?

Accredited casinos usually take care of their players issues. He has nothing to worry about.

I do not understand what u are saying? Sorry

There's no question they are a legit casino, so if Lucas says they did not charge the fees, then I tend to trust his word. I have never made a withdrawal, however I have made numerous deposits, and never been charged a fee by them, compared to many other casinos who do. I also understand the op's frustration, however being a victim of many fees myself (eg. foreign exchange fees etc), due to also being a an Aussie player, I tend to think from my own experiences, financial institutions advice or answers are not always gospel, but rather a convenient means to a swift end.

I personally have found my dealings with my personal banks in the past to be frustrating, as they would rather end the communication quickly and deny any charges rather than actually investigating the concerns. I have also been redirected back to the particular vendor numerous times, only to later discover, once I enlisted the ombudsman's intervention, that the charges were in fact originating from my financial institution, which they then are only to happy to apologetically account for and wipe clear.

I'm not saying it is the bank in question, but just adding some food for thought based on my experience.

Just from Videoslots point of view, has Lucas at any point in this thread offered the op a $24 chip as a sorry for the inconvenience/customer satisfaction type end to the confusion? I'm by no means suggesting he has to, or should, but it's been a while since I read the previous posts so can't remember, however if I was Lucas I probably would have done so just to avoid 6 pages of constant blame being thrown at VS, supposedly for no reason. I know this may be unwarranted, and Lucas would like to stick to his guns, but $24 chips have been given out for much less, so just thought it may have been an early and swift solution, of course that is if the op was open to it and willing to accept.

Just my thoughts, but ultimately, if the op is convinced VS is at fault, I would suggest taking the loss on the chin, and playing elsewhere from here on in. Good luck.

Just in case you missed it, someone (post#30 this thread) linked to the Westpac term that showed where the fee(s) were coming from. It wasn't the casino, it was the bank which is what everyone (including Lucas) said in the first place. I don't think the OP posted after that. :)

I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say thnx for the info here as I made my first withdrawal from VideoSlots this week ($100 AUD - requested withdrawal friday, approved sunday, money in bank today - approx 5 days) and only received $88 and now I know why hehe. I'm with the commonwealth bank of australia, so I'm assuming they slug on a $12 fee as well. I have a second withdrawal made on monday of $120, so I'm expecting the 3.9% withdrawal fee + $12 bank wire fee to bring it down to about $103 or so.

OP was with westpac I assume and they also charge the same fee. Just so I can clarify without having to deal with the bank CS (which I rather not), I am going to assume all major australian banks have this 'wire fee' on international transactions? Is there any way to avoid this? That is to say, is there any major bank in Australia that has lower fees for international money transfers? I want the best bang for bucks when online gambling and although I can live with these $12 fees as part of the deal if I have a chance to lower or avoid it altogether I should.

To put in perspective at deposit + withdrawals I have made from various online casinos to my bank account:-

32red - No Deposit fee, withdraw via ecopayz, ecopayz to bank transfer ($14 or so fee)
Guts - 2.5% deposit fee, withdraw $2.50 bank transfer
VideoSlots - No Deposit fee, withdraw $12 fee (via bank fees)
RoyalPanda - Approx 2.26% fee (?), withdraw no fees that I know off bank transfer

Hi psychogene ,

Good morning. :)

Just wanted to let you know that we no longer charge the 3.9% withdrawal fee on your second (and further) withdrawal during the same day.

At Videoslots you now have one fee free withdrawal per day from any withdrawal method.
Should you want to make more than one withdrawal per day - (Those withdrawals come with a fee of € 2.50c.)

Moreover - Withdrawals via Bank are always free of charge. (regardless of amounts of transactions made during the day).

Kind Regards,
Lucas

new member at VideoSlots

Hi All

just thought i would share my experience with Videoslots, i am a relatively new member to them only joining in the last week or so, took my deposit and played through all my wagering requirements upon deposit, did not have any further funds to deposit, but have had a few bonus funds credited to my account from my play so was quite happy.

played through a £5 bonus credited to me and got this up to over £150 without depositing, tried to cash out but needed to verify my account, did this yesterday and being bank holiday didnt get the confirmation that it was verified until this morning. i played through all the £150 and deposited again by this time, but wasnt worried that was my choice, got my balance back up to £150 after playing quite a few games and have been able to cash out some of my winnings today.

overall i am quite happy with my gameplay and experience so far.

thank you Video slots from a happy low roller:D

VS are a good site, Many of game choice, They have the cash back and the race winnings that do come in handy when not expecting, If you are on a good roll than you can end up getting good pocket money back :) All wager free as well

To reply to the thread about the missing 12 AUD... I did withdraw last week... Exactly 30 bucks was missing... Videoslots tells me its not them... My bank the same thing.... -_- I guess there is someone in between that nobody will ever know about that will charge me 30 dollars on every withdraw....

It is neither VS nor your bank. It is the intermediary bank which is charging for handling the transfer.

Example:

Bank X in Sweden is making an international transfer to your bank Y in Canada. Bank X cannot send it directly to Y (reasons are: small bank, no representation in Canada etc), hence, they are using an intermediary bank (IB) to handle this transfer. The IB will charge for their service!!!.

I have it happen all the time and i receive international transfers pretty much every week. E.g., when they come from Barclays in the UK or Deutsche Bank in Germany there is no extra charge but when they come from Sweden i get charged 10US$.

There was a thread a while back about your country getting charged, I think it was like 12 bucks, I got a quick job to do but I wil try and find the thread when back, Like Harry said its a 3rd party that handles the transaction that charges

Ok! Well maybe thats not a bad way to protect players against gambling accusations and to protect VS' company at the same time... A little expensive though :)

The transfer still comes from VS and that's what it will say on your bank statement.

You can ask your bank for a full transfer report sheet where you will be able to see who the IB was in your case.

I want to warn everyone: Please do NOT ever deposit with your bank account or MasterCard/Visa Card/Credit card. It is totally pointless, it will just stuff up their new system if you deposit with other than above in later time like Neteller. Withdrawal will not be possible until you reach deposit of $500 or more with Neteller to be able to withdraw to the Neteller. In the meantime you still have to end up withdraw to your bank account. That is not acceptable. But since they are trying their best to reduce the fraud activity which I believe is the case unfortunately. Sadly most other casino might follow the same track as well. Westpac has not been very nice to me lately as their service have gotten really bad. In the last several withdrawal to the Westpac bank made me wait well over 5 business day before appearing in the account this year to date and I am very disappointed. VS stated it should only take up to 3 business day NOT 5 business day. VS is correct. Most bank should still be able to do so 3 business day either domestic or international withdrawal. Fees will STILL be imposed for international withdrawal, so that mean if you withdraw from online casino, that is considered overseas fund. That mean you will still get a fees for that. It will never be free. So please heed the warning. Avoid at all cost, use the Neteller or Skrill or so much better off to use with majority of deposit and withdrawal, the problem will go away and no more ridiculous international withdrawal fees. I am considering NOT to deposit with my bank account ever again cos it messed up my Neteller withdrawal as it will not let me this time. To become majority I have to deposit at least $500 which sucks. I am annoyed. But I have learnt my lesson. Please do be careful not to mess the whole thing up. I prefer to withdraw with Neteller bank card and only cost me $6 fees, NOT the international withdrawal wire transfer fees of hefty $12. Your not the only one have problem. I don't blame Videoslot for it. Its the bank problem.

I don't see the advantage of e-wallets. They cost money when my debit card deposits/withdrawals are free of charge providing you're careful which casino to play at. Yes you may have to wait a day or so for your winning money but, for me at least, that is fine when it saves me money.

Well, for me, one advantage with neteller is the reward points.

I recently cashed in for a £50 amazon voucher from my last six or so months gambling :p - Also, I tend not to take cash out of it, but to use it for debit transactions which are free!

VS are honest as usual :)

I posted earlier that I was charged 30$ for a withdraw.... I have my answer now... I received a ''receipt" from the bank mentionning the website and the company and saying the fee was 30$... The bank and their discretion...sigh....

So VS were right... No fees from them at all... I would appreciate only seeing the company name and not the name of the website on my bank receipt though.... But maybe its just me...

I was talking about where I live from what country Australia. It is no good to use credit card or debit mastercard/visa card because of very costly withdrawal fees for Aussie. Its bad here in Australia. I rather use e-wallet.
