Casino Complaint Very Confused and A Bit Angry

    I don't really know how to start...oh wait yes I do, I have been gambling online for a very very long time.

    I read the comments here but have yet to add any thoughts of my own because I have been around the casinos and know the ins and outs of what happens, but never had ANY issues with payouts etc like a lot of you people have had. Anyway, I feel this needs to be said because it frustrated me so much I needed to bring it up.
    I generally always play my favourite casino..yes 32red..but lately have been getting in a downhill spiral of no pays etc.

    So, I decided to deposited at REDFLUSH, I have played there before so already had an account set-up but they started emailing bonuses etc so I said ok I will try. I had very good luck on the first $ 50 I deposited played through the bonus playthrough etc so decided to withdrawal $ 540. Forgot they are ones that have a 24hr wait period, so whatever.

    I got the email saying they received my withdrawal request and send in the verification documents if I haven't already done so. So yes, like any gambler I have them on my computer at all times so I send them in and wait...

    I emailed them to see if they got them no response in 2 days. Its now Nov 6 and get an email back from Richard C saying "thank you for the documents" I can confirm your withdrawal of 540 was paid today to your bank account.

    Ok great, and my bad the money was already in my account before I got this email...so good right?...well it is now Nov 12... I made two withdrawals totalling over $ 3000 off very min deposits, so YIPPY! great. I kind of had it figured out based on speed of the last withdrawal I would have the money in my account hopefully Friday Nov 14 at end of day like the first withdrawal...well of course because of the huge time difference it was around 2am I get two emails saying both withdrawals need to be verified and to send in the requested documents to verify the account, seriously...they had them on the 6th according to Richard C and now they are lost or what? I of course didn't see this email till 730 am my time and with anger go on live chat...
    I explain my story ..get disconnected....resend my documents and try chat again after 1 hour of the chat person having no idea why I was so confused and angry finally said it takes time to verify documents...8 days!!!?? and I already had a withdrawal from this place!!...so course by the time they reviewed my new email with the same documents they said they got on the 6th they say things are fine...but of course now they are gone for the weekend so no withdrawal for me..:(.

    I am not complaining I have to wait now over the weekend to even have hope of getting my withdrawal next week I am concerned why they used this delay tactic I call it and even concerned what the next issue will be to delay things further. I have never ever had this problem before so just want to ask, in a long story apparently (sorry) anyone else have this problem with having to verify everytime you withdrawal with same documents etc....just very frustrated and I can say for a fact I will never deposit with them again because of this. I don't know why it got me so angry :confused: I guess because of the amount I was withdrawing it puts me in panic mode cause like everyone a win is awesome and you want that money!!! right?? I just feel they are stalling for some reason, and this has never been an issue with 32red which gets all my money now after this.

    So long story short I sure hope I get my money soon, and never trying a new casino again, its not worth the hassle anymore. Sorry for the long story but had to explain it fully to understand if I am in the wrong or what to think.

    Can't edit worth a damn.. fat fingers on a little tablet..

    Hi BJ

    You are not alone when it comes to receiving your withdrawals. We are all experiencing this these days.

    I see you come from Canada----you should come down to the States if you want to see slow!

    The casinos will all tell you that they are having difficulty with their third party processors.
    That is the usual excuse, even after you have been with them for a long time.

    Right now I am watching for two deposits direct to my credit cards that never seem to get here, and one Courier Check that was "approved" on October 31st and won't get here until November 17th.

    So unless they find something wrong with your play or your banking, rest assured that you will get paid.

    And just a little hint---when you write a long memo, break it up into short paragraphs. It is easier to read.

    Good luck and don't be TOO hard on the casinos---they "are going broke you know"?:)

    I know my eyes went all buggy reading this also..I did it on a tablet and was lucky I even got half the words in order lol...sorry again but the long version

    Did you send in the exact same docs the second time? Sometimes if you've you've a different card or a different method of depositing you'll get asked again, but if it was the same it would be a little annoying.

    Yes, I had a few delays with my w/d's from RedFlush group but was paid OK and thereafter all went smooth. My issue was having to submit the same docs 3 times for all their 3 sites, RF/Major Tom/LaVida which it turned out wasn't necessary after I spoke to their rep Rithen on here.


    Send Rithen (RF host link above) a PM I always found him very useful and he sorted stuff out promptly.:)

    If nothing is moving Monday yet I will PM Ruther. Still will never deposit there again.
    I never liked the 24hr wait time to begin with, so saying I needed to send documents that they confirmed they had...over a week prior...just a pointless delay.
    And I use only my visa debit card for deposits, same card everytime.
    Thanks for letting me get this out.
