I've been getting into blackjack lately, seeing Thor and his whacky bonus slot buddies are doing me no favours.

Anyways, I shant say just yet where I'm playing but it aint an MG casino.

For the last couple of days I've been playing and ended up bombing out tonight. Managed to get it up to $7K but got gready.

A total of 4,587 hands played average bet range $25 - $200.

Everything seemed to be going pretty fairly until tonight, when the dealer started pulling face cards, Aces and managing to grab 20 & 21 from hands like foots. I know it's played with four decks.

EG: I stand on 20, Dealer pulls two 7's and then another 7. BTW this happen 4 times (not in a row though) but still to me it seemed a little odd.

Next hand: I get dealt 21 the dealer an Ace and pulls a bj too.

Next hand: I stand on 19, dealer has a two 2's then proceeds to draw 3,2,3,4,A,4 = 21

Not to mention 3 BJ's in a row and while I'm trying to turn crap hand like two 6's, 9&3 (lost count of the number of 16's I got dealt) so in into wins.

I've sent an email asking for my play logs. I'm not a sore loser as most of you should know and really don't complain about sh#t unless I feel it's wrong.

I'm no blackjack expert, sh#t I'm not even an amateur, but, in this case it's as if someone flicked the losing switch and unfortnately my name was on it!

What I have always wondered is if inside of the MG software there is a controlling feature to make sure that wins and losses as a whole, spread throughout every player at each particular casino, stay within a certain realm of winning or losing.

For example, if player A makes a huge run on BJ for like $10,000 in profits, and quits.... this information is digested by a program that adjusts gameplay ever so slightly to the remaining players at the casino so that player B, C, D and E are going to have a bad night. Once that loss to the casino from player A is made up for, it is back to business as usual.

Joking, right?

You can't be serious?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but each and every hand is dealt independantly. What you're describing is something the "[edit]start your own casino" software would do. IE: Only pay out XXX amount, then make everyone else lose until XXX is recovered, then start over again. This would also describe a "fixed" RNG....Sure it'll deal random cards UNTIL it wants you to lose, on purpose. Same goes for slots, etc.

Casinos that had this "feature" in the software would be able to set a fixed limit on what they'd lose on any given day. You'd never get a fair game.

Any reputable software provider wouldn't even THINK about implementing this "feature".

[edit]
Even if it wasn't a fixed amount they'd pay out for a 24hr period (or any period for that matter), you still wouldn't get a fair game. Players BCDE would be paying the casino back for their losses to player A, and players BCDEFGHIJKLMNOP.... would be guaranteed losers until the casino started making a profit again. Could you imagine someone winning $250,000 (net)? Everyone that played at that casino would go days, if not weeks, without achieving a balance OVER their deposits. EVER.

I know how you feel trezz

Hi Trezz
Its a pretty common problem with online blackjack that no one seems to have a real answer for.
It is like a casino has a take down mode where no matter what you do it will win and from the most stupid of up cards and combinations 7 cards dealt for 21 but my only hope that the casino's are legit is that if such a system did exist it would at sometime be broadcast in these forums.
I only play blackjack and have found that this "take down" type situation happens with all the game software makers i have played with, I have talked to people who play lot and lots of land based blackjack and they say that it sounds a bit strange i also have a practice blackjack game written by a land based player that uses windows rng to give you the cards and guess what- i havent seen it throw up these strange hands either.
One of my arguements is that these casino's do not use a true rng that has to give absolute random results and asking the casino about it is a waste of time.
The only things i have found is to flat bet the minimum for a while (maybe hours) and see if the cards change or turn the puter off and come back tommorrow but perhaps the best thing is to play bricks and morter casino's, then you know the house edge is coming from the natural stats of the game.
I could go one forever, its a real sore point with me, happy to let you know how i play though trezz
Lucky
p.s oh yeah trezz the worst i have seen so far is 25 loosing hands in a row- nasty

It is just a conspiracy theory, just a thought... I would NEVER argue it is true unless someone found coding for it in the software. I trust MG more than any other software.

Oh, and an easy way to cover for the big slot hits would be to collect money from players before the hit, gradually. I was only giving an example....

As I said I'm in the ranks of beginner when it come to blackjack. Though I've played bj at Crown Casino (land based). In my opinion the cards were shockers, I have doubts that even a good player would have survived this onslaught.

In my regard it's a lesson learnt and something I'll try to avoid in future, or at least not be too greedy :D

I appreciate everyone's input, thanks.
