Are you talking of the no-deposit bonus or the 150% signup bonus. The former was in my account within 24 hours and you just have to open an account to get it. Havent deposited yet so dont know about the latter

Not impressed.

Withdrew nine days ago, no sign of movement, call CS, get asked if I received a "documents" request (no I didn't), they say they'll "resend" the damn thing. But nothing received.

Paid by March if I'm lucky.

I forgot to update the Casino Operators' page to reflect Vegas Poker, but it's been fixed:
Old URL

As you are all probably well aware, I can't possibly read every thread unless I decide to stop appearing at the supper table - and that ain't gonna happen.

When stewing over the shortcomings of a casino, shoot a PM to the rep to let them know you have something to bitch about. I'll normally do this - but if I'm not around, it's up to you guys.

Thanks VegasVIP Lounge for showing up before I did. Hope you get this ironed out :D

VegasPokerCasino- Page Error

Dear All,

I would like to confirm that there is an error message displayed right after the 150% Match bonus is claimed. This is an unfortunate event, and we have escalated this problem to our technical support to sort out within the next few hours!

However, we went through the same process you would, and discovered that although there is an error message, the credit is still allocated to the account and should be available the minute you sign back in.

In the event that you have not disconnected during the request for the 150% Match Bonus, please click the disconnect button, and reconnect again. Your bonus should be there :)

In the event that your code was not accepted, and the above procedure did not take place as said, please get in touch with me directly and I will make sure that your bonus is manually allocated straight away.

Can you confirm that CyberStud Poker, PaiGow Poker and 3-Card Poker are not counted as Video Poker? Apparently somebody has been told by CSR that 3-Crad Poker is an excluded game even though your T&C only mentions Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Red Dog, Sic Bo and Video Poker.

Dear jpsartre

I would like to confirm that for VegasPoker Casino, the games you noted are considered table games and therefore they count towards the wagering against the bonus.

This was confirmed by the promotions department for the casino.

I hope this clear things up for you.

Dear Bewitched,

Please send me your account details. This problem was escalated for my attention, and I do hope that we can get this resolved.

Have you checked your account to see if the 150% Match Bonus was allocated? If not, please send me your account details and I will do this manually ASAP.

I apologise for the break in communication on e-mail and I will make sure that the CS Manager is informed about this problem too. You do however have direct access to me, so feel free to contact me.

Kind Regards

Thank you for your help. It's free money and I appreciate you will give to me. :)

The $150 didn't show up even I follow your suggestion. When I go to the promotion claim page, I enter my account number and promotion code: CCP150. It shows internet page error first and shows account number VAILD after I "refresh" the page. (I am very sure about the account number is correct)

I will PM you with my account number here. Thank you again!

I hope that the promotion hiccup is over. For the records,I made a withdrawal on the 14th and the money was in my neteller account within 48 hours. So at least, despite its infancy, the casino's accounting department can be relied on.

Just curious what games you, or others, played to met the WR's and double the bonus.

What a crazy bonus. Need to have double the bonus amout to cashout? So if I deposit $100 get $150 I need to have $550 to cashout?

Then you exclude a lot of games also? It says you cannot double. so say I want to play $25 a hand Blackjack ok but betting all your money on one hand is not? Or does this mean you exclude Blackjack completely ?

Also I seen this same bonus on several other casinos exactly. So I do not think this is actually a "new" casino but part of a groupo of casinos.

For this particular one,I played a variety of games including paikow poker, slots videopoker and blackjack. Since this was a no-deposit bonus,I only had to make sure that the balance reached $50 to cash out. I actually cashed out $100. In the minivegas casinos, the WR is small but you have to reach equivalent to the deposit plus double the deposit before you can cash out so the one thing I did when playing with casinos like Colosseum was to place a single bet on non-excluded games like paikow poker and let luck decide. I would usually bet the minimum and when I felt that the time was opportune, bet everything. This is risky but remember you can never cashout without reaching the required amount. At least this is a 50/50 chance of you winning although the house has an advantage when pushing at either the upper or lower hands. This is more than negated, however, from the 150% bonus given. If you deposited $100,you get $150 in bonuses. Bet $250 on 1 hand. If you lose, you lose $100 and if you win,you have $487.50, a profit of $387.

Unless you get very lucky at slots or VP,this could be the only non-excluded game to let you reach the minimum imposed cashin amount.

I think you can cashout at $400 which is the deposit plus double the bonus amount. Would Adri please correct me if I am wrong. Its not too crazy, really considering the fact that the WRs are much lower than other Micros. The only thing is that you have to bet big,at least on one hand. As I stated in an earlier post, betting with your whole balance on paikow poker would suit the bill. Either make or break. Plus there are a lot of pushes in this game, about 40% according to my estimates. So if you bet big,and pushed a couple before winning, presto, you may have nearly reached your WRs. Actually, the casino needs to safeguard itself from people who wont even try to risk a single cent of their money. A very understandable position,IMO.

Bonus & Wagering explained

Dear chuchu50, realwtfsup and everyone

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to clear things up. It is always good to understand the terms and conditions before you take up on a bonus.
Please know that you do not have to take any promotions offered by the casinos if you do not wish to!

I would ask for just a moment to address the question from realwtfsup regarding the casino.

Realwtfsup the VegasVIP Lounge Group manages Vegas Poker Casino. This is no secret as it is listed under the group in the Casino Operators list. The casino is new to the group and of course to the players. Being managed by an experienced group does not mean that there will be no teething problems.
Regarding the games being excluded on the wagering requirements This is an executive decision and was taken in light of past experiences by the group with regards to bonus abusers. I am sorry that you feel offended by this, but would like to point out that it is not much different from most other exclusions.

It is also with regret that I have to say that we cannot seem to pin-point the exact problem with the bonus request page, but please do not hesitate to get in touch with me on this matter!

Terms and conditions made simple I will at least attempt it! :)

The T & C to Cash Out states:
To withdraw your original purchase and bonus you need to fulfil the following two requirements:
1.YOU MUST HAVE in your account at least the original amount purchased plus double the bonus - Please note that you cannot double the bonus by playing the following games: Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Red Dog, Sic Bo and Video Poker. (These games are excluded in their entirety)

2 x $100 purchase + 2 x $150 Bonus = $500 + the wager requirements
In the event that you took any other bonuses, it will account as follows:
2 x Sign up + 2 x Firepay/Neteller bonus + 2x Your Purchase + 2 x Match Bonus + wagering requirements

2.YOU MUST WAGER an amount equal to the purchase PLUS 5 times the amount of the Bonus Please note that you cannot wager the bonus by playing the following games: Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Red Dog, Sic Bo and Video Poker.
1 x $100 purchase + (5 x $150 your match bonus) = $850 Wager
In the event that you took any other bonuses, it will account as follows:
5 x Sign up + 5 x Firepay/Neteller bonus + 1 x Your Purchase + 5 x Match Bonus = wagering requirements

Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any further questions and queries.

Actually I do not believe that is a correct interpretation of the wager-requirements. To withdraw you need to have in your account: your deposit + 2 x the bonus. Not 2 x (deposit + bonus). That adds up to $400, not $500 as you say.
