vegas poker promotion page error

    i just joined vegas poker today via casinomeister's new link to take advantage of their startup promotion

    what is odd is that their promotion page would always returns me to an error page right after i entered my account number and promotion code

    has anyone else who just recently signed up to vegas poker encounter the same kind of problem?

    Are you talking of the no-deposit bonus or the 150% signup bonus. The former was in my account within 24 hours and you just have to open an account to get it. Havent deposited yet so dont know about the latter

    the latter, 150% deposit match bonus, deposited 100$ then went to promotion page to enter in the details, somehow get bounced out to somesort of an error page

    Withdrew nine days ago, no sign of movement, call CS, get asked if I received a "documents" request (no I didn't), they say they'll "resend" the damn thing. But nothing received.

    Paid by March if I'm lucky.

    ** i recieved an e-mail (posted it in the marketing bit) downloaded and I am playing just fine, have not cashed out so would not know, never had a problem with the deposit as I don't play bonus so don't care for that much**

    Dear All,

    I would like to confirm that there is an error message displayed right after the 150% Match bonus is claimed. This is an unfortunate event, and we have escalated this problem to our technical support to sort out within the next few hours!

    However, we went through the same process you would, and discovered that although there is an error message, the credit is still allocated to the account and should be available the minute you sign back in.

    In the event that you have not disconnected during the request for the 150% Match Bonus, please click the disconnect button, and reconnect again. Your bonus should be there :)

    In the event that your code was not accepted, and the above procedure did not take place as said, please get in touch with me directly and I will make sure that your bonus is manually allocated straight away.

    Can you confirm that CyberStud Poker, PaiGow Poker and 3-Card Poker are not counted as Video Poker? Apparently somebody has been told by CSR that 3-Crad Poker is an excluded game even though your T&C only mentions Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Blackjack, Red Dog, Sic Bo and Video Poker.

    I would like to confirm that for VegasPoker Casino, the games you noted are considered table games and therefore they count towards the wagering against the bonus.

    This was confirmed by the promotions department for the casino.

    The $150 didn't show up even I follow your suggestion. When I go to the promotion claim page, I enter my account number and promotion code: CCP150. It shows internet page error first and shows account number VAILD after I "refresh" the page. (I am very sure about the account number is correct)

    I hope that the promotion hiccup is over. For the records,I made a withdrawal on the 14th and the money was in my neteller account within 48 hours. So at least,despite its infancy,the casino's accounting department can be relied on.
