Vegas 7 problems

Hi,
i opened long time ago a vegas 7 account and didnt play there.
I have reinstalled the Casino and deposited a little 300$ with neteller
and withdraw a little 400$.No comes the problem,the withdraw.I make the withdraw at 8.10.,at 9.10. they requested a id and a utlity bill.I send them
both the same day.5 days later i got a email that my adress do not match the adress in her database.I live at the new adress since 3 years.They want a proof of residence from the old adress.I found similar threads in the forum now.When i have looked before,i didnt have this casino reinstalled.
What to do now?
