Anyone else frustrated and or tired of Mr.Vegas support team?
Seems like everytime there is an issue regarding freespins not being credited, errors in freespins not opening correctly, Wheels of Vegas not being credited, it takes anywhere between 1-5 business days for the issue to be resolved?
It seems like Level 1 support is only there to forward your complaint on to the relevent support team, who must consist of a very small dedicated team. I'm surprised Level 1 support is unable to issue a freespin value (even 5 freespins) to solve the issue and reduce backlog.
My most recent situation that I'm currently on day 5 of waiting for, is not being credited the Xmas Wheel of Vegas for completing the daily clue/challenge (Which Level 1 support confirmed I met all conditions, and they would forward to the next team to credit me the wheel).
Seems like every day there is an issue that needs resolution and it's a constant battle of days until it gets resolved for something very simple. Strongly thinking of bailing to a competitor that doesn't take so much time to resolve customer issues.
