USA Casino is fooling me

I have not played there for 10 months. Now I receive an email that 20 (sticky bonus) are waiting for me in my account (email with my account number given).

I log in, no bonus.
I start support chat, they say due to issues in my account they cannot give me the bonus and I should write to support (well, :what: I thought this IS support).
I write to support by replying their mail
I receive an answer from support that after reviewing my account the bonus is pending, I just have to log in and the bonus will be given.
I log in. No bonus
I start support chat, guess..., they cannot give me the bonus and I should write to support.
I wrote back that I suggest they keep their crappy bonus and that I will report that on Casinomeister.

Since I promised them to do so, here is the report.

Nothing big, they are just stealing my time.

ok, ok, I know this is nothing compared to problems others have, but still they are not acting correct. And if you read my post you see that I also say: no big thing.

BTW, in the meantime they wrote me again that the bonus is there and it still is not. And I received a "because we want you back" email, offering me the welcome bonus again. I expect that I will not get the welcome bonus.

And yes, Gunslinger:
I think I can survive this.
