URGENT: US Players - 48 Hours to withdraw via ACH from Microgaming Casinos

US Players...

I'm am fairly sure this applies to all Microgaming casinos (it does to at least three of them, all from different groups).

Check withdrawals are NOT an option at the moment, apparently because the check processing firm dropped them. Apparently one firm handles all Microgaming checks(?)

ACH withdrawals ARE an option, but only for the next 48 hours (unexplained reason).

So if you have any pending withdrawals, I would call the casino immediately and see if you can get it changed to an ACH withdrawal.

If Bryan or somebody with inside connections can shed any light on this it'd be much appreciated.

In the meantime, if I get my money out, it ain't going back in until things settle down.

The casinos are First Web Casino and Wild Jack Casino (apparently these are both in the same group, contrary to my first post) and Big Dollar Casino.

I didn't receive any notice either, I only found out after calling them. Jackpot Factory put some updated info on their web page (but not the part about the 48-hour deadline for ACH).

Big Dollar didn't give any notice and also doesn't have anything posted on their web site that I saw.

Again, I don't know if this applies to all Microgaming casinos or not. But if you're a US player with a pending withdrawal, I'd certainly recommend calling support to find out.

Are MGS Casinos which have all blocked US Players this week. Vegas Partner Lounge the affiliate program for these casinos and poker rooms sent out an email earlier today stating:

This week we announced that it is with great regret that we can no longer accept any new US players at the Vegas Partner brands. The reason for this is that it has become impossible for the online casinos we represent to pay out US players.

Therefore, the only honorable option was to deny play to new players residing in the US and to block credit card purchases. This has been due to the extremely strict legislation recently passed in the US. Unless a solution is found, this decision will unfortunately stand.

I have boldened and underlined the important part of that email. Every day brings worse news.

vegas Partner lounge

they owe me 1k which I requested by check on 2-1-07
I called their support today and was told by Denvil that they was working out a way to make the check cashable in the USA said I should recieve it withen 3 days

sigh
This is a nightmare

Does this mean they will allow existing US players who have accounts with their casinos to continue to play? They do say any new US players.

...Big Dollar didn't give any notice and also doesn't have anything posted on their web site that I saw...
The operator of Big Dollar just contacted me and said that there is no truth to this rumor that they are leaving the US market. Big Dollar is not pulling out of the US.

It is good that some casino managers have the balls to put up the fight even when most other casinos back out and leave them standing alone.
Hhhmm. "Big Balls" casino is not a bad name eigther

It has become my favorite slot casino due to the weekly bonuses for VIP.

Hope I wasn't starting that rumour about Big Dollar.... to be clear, they (phone support) didn't tell me they were pulling out of the US market.

What they DID say was that they are not currently able to send checks and it sounded like their ACH withdrawals are in the same tenuous state as the other casinos.

I've had nothing but good experience with Big Dollar until this point, I hope they do stay in the US market.

I'm outa here. going back to lurk mode, and this isn't the least of it.

I emailed VIP Customer Support at Jackpot Factory this morning, and here is the reply I received a few minutes ago:

"Dear Jennifer,

Thank you for contacting The VIP Lounge regarding your concerns.

First, I would like to assure you that there is no truth on the matter of The Jackpot Factory Group leaving the US market. We have high loyalty to our American players and we are doing everything in our power to find new deposit and withdrawal options for our US players.

Further to this, at the moment we are still processing withdrawals via ACH and due to the situation in the US we are still not clear for how long this method will be available for US players.

Rests assure that any change or update will be posted on our websites and be sent to all of our players via email. We will not keep you in the dark.

We thank you for your understanding and support at this time. "

Vegas 7 ACH only

I have been dragging my feet getting all the documents in to Vegas 7 for an $800.00 withdrawal. Yesterday I got the last piece in and today they emailed me that as of TODAY their bank will not send checks to US, so they are offering for a very short time to do a ACH, which could take up to 7 days.
So that is what I plan to do.
I have a ton of bonus rewards due to me from last month and I planned to add some of my own cash  and try toget a nice withdrawal but now I don't know IF they could even find a way to pay me !

Speaking of Big Dollar...

Glad to hear that they are still accepting U.S. players..thank you, Bryan for your update/confirmation regarding them.

However, I did notice a change in them recently (will try again this weekend just to be sure)...I have two cards (prepaid/reloadable) that I am still able to use- Netspend is one, in MOST casinos. I have used these cards playing at Big Dollar in the past, but recently (about last week or so), the banking platform within the casino denied the transaction.

A couple of weeks ago, to my dismay, I was also unable to use those cards (even though they were successful in the past) at Roxy Palace and Casino Splendido (Roxy Group). I emailed them and was advised that they are using a new "payment processor". Just wondering if Big Dollar has done the same.
Perhaps this new "payment processor" is denying credit card transactions period?? if the player is from the U.S.? The casino was vague, stating "the processor may be approving only large amounts..well, I doubled my deposit request to $100, and either that wasn't large enough, or it is denying credit card transactions. Besides these three casinos, I can still successfully use these cards at other casino sites.

*Aside from these cards, there was no other viable option (Roxy Group doesn't offer ECO card) for me to deposit, so unfortunately I figured I can no longer play at Roxy Palace or Casino Splendido.

*Since Citadel has stopped U.S. transactions (my only payout option at Casino Action (Golden Reef, Nostalgia, Challenge and Music Hall), and has not as far as I have known, offer ACH withdrawal I can no longer play there.

I hope that the demise completely (for MG) of ACH withdrawals never becomes anything other than rumor...for I would then not be able to play any MG (and this would be a MAJOR impact for me and playing online)

Music Hall Casino Cash Out Problem

In reading these posts. I recently won the CashSplash jackpot and on
January 31, 2007 i requested a cash out of 10,000. They said they
would issue me a check which shows as processed. Today February 09,2007
I receive and email like the others are getting that a USA financial instituion
will not honor these withdrawals.

In reading these posts I see that others have never received a warning
about this not cashing out problem.
And some people were able to get their money thru ACH.

I have written Casinomeister and I know he is very busy and need to give him time to check it out. In the meantime if I can resolve the issue myself it will certainly take a load off Bryan.

Does anyone have a phone number for MusicHall Casino - hell I have a Western Union right up the street I will take that even if I have to pay the fee on 10 Grand.

Thanks for anyone who may assist. Again I am not bashing Music Hall in anyway but I think I should have been informed of this

I cannot find a phone # but they do have live chat at their site if that helps
this was you can copy and paste what they say
wtg on your win an here is hoping you will get it

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Note:

When dealing with live chat operators, take screenshots of the chat as it progresses. If you simply c&p the conversation, they (not saying they will) can come back and say that the logs were altered.

Having said that, any business that doesn't have a contact phone number is bad in my book.

Perhaps 10K in one go is unwise, whatever solution you might come up with. Neteller have confirmed that fund seizures have happened, and 10K through WU in one go may well be seized.
Better to cash out in smaller amounts over a period. Maybe not in round numbers either, say, one of $1285 and another of $395.40 or similar till the whole lot. Wait till the first makes it all the way before trying again. Smaller, odd amounts, are not going to look like casino withdrawals, but could be related, say, to something you might have sold on eBay.

I think as long as you stay under $1k you should be fine.

Don't forget also that if you take out $10k at a time, you're risking getting taxed by uncle sam.

Disclaimer: I in no way endorse trying to get around the tax laws :p

Also,

Do you have a screenshot of that win? Would love to see it!

I've been dealing with River Belle for two weeks now trying to get my cash-in of 1001.00 paid. First it was supposed to arrive by courier until the had an address mix up. Once cleared up after sending in more documents (for the 5th time) it was finally to arrive, but then checks were no good anymore, so ACH was offered. I signed up for that about 4-5 days ago, and still no transfer arrived in my account. I sopke with Emily, an account exec over at the River Belle this morning and she said that ACH is not available at this time and they hope to get it back up by Monday but there are no promises at this point. Very frustrating! I have the feeling I will never see this money. Since I had a little cash left over in my RB acct I decided to play and won some more. So total due to me at this time is roughly $2600.

Can someone clear this up - i thought that only Credit Cards to fund your online casino accounts were banned. Why all the restritions from the US gov? Is all online gaming illeagal in the US? Haven't read the details of the bill that was passed.

Hope I get my money soon...

Best of luck -

Catalina

 Classic...

FWIW, the Jackpot Factory Spam -- not seen in my inbox for months -- is back thick and fast! All sorts of (GBP Sterling) load and reload and match bonuses being thrown my way... Seems they're working through the 'UK' database...

No screenshot

slotster thanks for the reply unfortunatly i was so excited i immediately went to the w/d section to cash out. But since then i have taken screen shots of the Cashcheck information- the screen that shows your balance info and all other screens that might save my rear end on this. It never dawned on me to take a shot of the win. Never thought I would ever win something
