Jackpot Factory is no longer issueing payouts via check. ONLY METHOD THEY CAN USE IS CLICK2PAY. THAT REALLY BITES THE BIG ONE!!!

[/BThank you for contacting The Jackpot Factory VIP Lounge Customer Support regarding reversing your $700 out of Click2Pay.

Please be advised that our financial department are working on the issue, as we speak. We will contact you as soon as we receive their response.

However, I also need to update you with the following information - at the moment, all payment options but Click2Pay have blocked the use for U.S. customers. This includes ACH, eChecks and also paper checks. As such, please see if it's possible to address the issue with Click2Pay themselves.

In addition, I would like to assure you that our Financial Department are checking into other payment options and will keep you posted with any news.

Should you have any additional comments, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Desk on the toll-free numbers listed below. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Just great. And I didn't get signed up for C2P before they blocked new sign ups -- and they seem inefficient and overwhelmed anyway.

Nothing to do but grin and bear it for awhile. :xxx

i have gotten a couple of replys from 2 credited casinos through my emails informing me that click 2 play is the preferred route of dep at this time, however in the eamails i was told that they are working on other alternatives for deposting and would keep me informed. maybe thats good news . i also checked my neteller account today ( jan 20) and seen i had a balance of 100.00 in it. i emailed to ask why because my neteller account was empty...0... right before neteller went up in smoke i had made acouple of small casino dep. so i know i had no money left. i am waiting for a reply from neteller. i could not use the live chat.

No new Click2Pay accounts?

I tried to create a Click2Pay account both yesterday and today.

I was VERY dismayed that their web site keeps telling me that my IP address is not registered in the US! It certainly is!

So, I emailed their support dept yesterday to ask why the glitch. So far, no reply.

Just now I was getting ready to call the phone number Click2Pay lists for US residents. I decided to check Casinomeister site for more info before I called. I am reading that they may not be allowing any US customers to open new accounts!? Are we "Locked Out" all together??

What a HUGE bummer this all is! I wish I had kept notes about which casinos can still accept my debit card because they bill under a different name than "ONLINE CASINO".

Come on members.....let's figure out which online casinos bill this way and we can all rush over and use them!

While you may be able to find a way to fund your gaming account, you also have to be able to withdraw should you win. And there have been some posts about casinos not being able to issue cheques even at the moment. Take a read through the online casinos section before you try and deposit money. :)

I personally have decided to just sit back and wait it out until something comes along. This is really a bummer tho...but I hope when the dust settles there will be options out there!

My favorite casino group, Fortune Lounge, just dumped my withdrawal into my Click2Pay account. I only funded a small portion of my withdrawal with C2P, and requested a courier check for the remainder. I was under the assumption that I would be receiving the check, and they didn't even notify me that they were not going to honor the check request.

I requested a C2P debit card, but won't hold my breath on that one.

So, now I'm stuck with a large balance in my C2P account that cannot be withdrawn.

I know this issue has been posted on in various threads, but as of today, does anyone know of a reputable casino that is still issuing checks to US customers?

It's my understanding that you can still manually request a withdrawal from C2P. You'll have to give them your banking info, if they don't already have it.

As far as reputable casinos that furnish checks to US customers, I know that VIP.com will send them to you by courier for a $40 fee.

I called C2P. The Customer Service Rep stated that they have removed the withdrawal option for the next couple weeks. So I said, you mean there's no way I can get my money now? Then she replies, well you can request a withdrawal..........?!? Okay, I say, I'd like to request a withdrawal. So she gives me the email address, along with a list of requirements to be included in the email. Name, last 4 digits of my SS, bank name and routing number (though she had it on file, because she read it off to me) and the answer to my secret question (I had to ask her what the SECRET question was, fortunately it wasn't so secret that she couldn't read it to me):)

I sent the request, but only felt comfortable doing so because that bank account has only been used for funding my online gambling and has no excess funds.

I did receive an automated reply from C2P that they had received my email, which is a TAD encouraging, since prior emails have never been acknowledged or replied to. If I receive any funds, I certainly will post.

Thanks in advance for any other casinos that still issue checks.:notworthy

Thanks. That will be good to know if they indeed pay you in a reasonable time.

I tried to register at VIP Casino and they didn't have the option for "United States" under the required Country entry in the registration process.:(

Received this today:

Special Notice for Gfed Affiliates*

With all the ongoing legal issues surrounding the USA, please be advised that US players can no longer deposit or withdraw funds using Click2Pay and Moneybookers. Again, their casino accounts will not be affected and all balances will remain safe. We will be steering these players to an alternative payment method which can be viewed on the money page of the casinos.

I would wait on a new payment option, myself. I've been using Wired Plastic the last few months with few problems, so I may stick with that one until something better comes along.

I'm not talking about the Cryptologic site, VIP Casino, but rather the sportsbook www.VIP.com, which also is an RTG casino licensee.

If you're just trying to move money through there, then you should wager your deposit at least 1x or they might impose extra fees.

That may be Gfed's policy to not allow US players to deposit or withdraw with Click2Pay, but as far as I know C2P still allows its US customers to make transfers with gambling merchants.

^ But according to C2P you can still manually request an EFT withdrawal.

We'll see if PackerBacker reports back in a few days that this method worked.

No news regarding my withdrawal, but I did get an email from C2P this morning that said they were not processing any debit cards to US customers.:axeman2:

GET MONEY OUT OF CLICK2PAY

I had to redeposit my 900.00 from click2pay back to all jackpots and then rewithdraw it by ACH.

This was o.k. with jackpot factory.

If you can I would suggest getting what you can out of click2pay because they told me the withdrawal link would be back by Feb.1 and it is not.

Their actions have been very shady. They can eft your bank account for deposits but not withdraws. Do they think we are stupid?

I agree 100%.

Regarding my withdrawal: I received an email this morning from C2P stating that they could not issue a check for my withdrawal because the MINIMUM withdrawal amount was $1500, and I only had $1325 in my account.:sniper:

What a crock of $hit. Glad I didn't get signed up with them! I don't know what's up with C2P, but I don't have a good feeling about it.

Everyone, please tread carefully with your funds. Things are so volatile and changing with each gust of wind (from the DoJ) that players could easily end up having money held hostage indefinitely at more than one processor/casino.

Best of luck! Let us know how it goes.

They aren't doing those for under 1500 either .

That is REDICULOUS. Will they still let you transfer your money back to a casino?

If so, just transfer it to a casino and ask for a paper check or ACH through them.

DISCLAIMER: Make sure you CONTACT THE CASINO VIA EMAIL before doing this, so they don't treat it as a "normal" deposit and attach a bonus to it &/or hold you to any WR.
