URGENT: US Players - 48 Hours to withdraw via ACH from Microgaming Casinos

..... So total due to me at this time is roughly $2600.

Can someone clear this up - i thought that only Credit Cards to fund your online casino accounts were banned. Why all the restritions from the US gov? Is all online gaming illeagal in the US? Haven't read the details of the bill that was passed.

Hope I get my money soon...

Best of luck -

Catalina

is anyone getting paid thru ACH withdrawal as my cashout is being delayed and they don't know why

I cashed out via ACH from Jackpot Factory on Monday and Tuesday of last week. Both withdrawals were credited into my bank account this morning.

My ACH withdrawal on 2/7/07 from Wild Jack (a Jackpot Factory group casino) was credited this morning -- whew.

One down, six to go...

Still waiting to be paid thru ACH from Vegas Slot as well as River Belle. Both keep saying it's down at this point and not sure when it will be an option again.

jackpot city ach withdrawal

Unless I was lied to, I was informed late today that my ACH would be processed at Jackpot City. They were apparently looking for a processor is my guess and I have been informed that they would no whether ACH was an option on Monday(today).

I will post if I find that I was advised incorrectly by CSupport.

Some confirmation that the ACH window is closed... at least one of the sites I tried to withdraw from screwed up and didn't do it quickly enough, and here is the result. This e-mail excerpt is from Golden Riviera.

-------

Please note that due to the new legislation that has passed in the U.S. against online gaming and due to banking restirictions set in place by the U.S.A. that we unfortunatley no longer pay you via check, or via ACH transfer, as these options have fallen away as a result of the above. We were notified yesterday of this. We do regret. All checks that we have tried to send to our Players, have been returned by their banks.

Please note that the only withdrawal option currently available to U.S. players is only Click2Pay, and this is provided that you already have an existing account with them, as they too, are no longer accepting any new account registrations from the U.S.

Please advise if you have an existing Click2Pay account so that we can finalize your withdrawal request. The only other alternative is to wait until we can find an alternative payout solution, which we are doing our best to try an alternative around this matter.

How convenient that they left out the $1500 MINIMUM withdraw requirement for C2P.

Question:

How can they LEGALLY impose this restriction? Say you had $1000 in C2P, and you had no way of getting it? They're basically holding your money hostage.

I think a group of people in that situation need to get together and threaten C2P with a class-action lawsuit.

GUESS I WAS MISINFORMED YESTERDAY+NO ACH AT BELLEROCK

Unreal, casino support told me yesterday that my withdrawals would be processed ACH as requested.

Recieved email today, stating they would not be able to process via ACH as all checks and ach transactions are being returned by U.S. banks. Only method left Click2pay.

So I reversed my withdrawals totalling 2800.00 and will wait until all of my click2pay transactions clear and then request entire amount be sent to my BANK.

ANYONE KNOW FIRST HAND HOW CLICK2PAY IS PROCESSING THE TRANSACTIONS(GIVEN THEY ARE FOR 1500.00 OR MORE)? ARE THEY SENT VIA EFT? WIRE TRANSFER, CHECK? ANYONE KNOW?

please post any FIRST HAND knowledge you have regarding this

AAAGGH... Royal Vegas contacted me saying my ACH info was "incorrect". It of course was not, that was doublespeak for "we screwed up and missed the withdrawal deadline".

I am totally disgusted with them as I had rushed to get them all required information and documentation requests, and my withdrawal was supposedly going through last thursday before the friday deadline. Unfortunately this is one of my larger withdrawals.

The current happy picture...

Thank you for contacting us with regards to this matter.

Please note that, effective immediately, we are no longer able to process withdrawals via check, ACH or any other method.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused; we can assure you that we are doing our utmost to secure alternative payment processors.

Yes, I'm told that Click2Pay will pay my withdrawal via WIRE TRANSFER.

Please refer to the thread where two members here are in the process of personally verifying this method:

I believe the Golden Riviera group is owned by Vegas Partner, so they likely stopped processing withdrawals at the same time as Vegas Partner.

The date of the tread doesn't matter

Wow, seems like nobody is looking at the whole picture here. Notice the date on the threads. The same problem with paying US players via check seems to happen every now and then regardless of the laws. Plz notice the dates of occurrences. Also notice the reasons: checks are returned by the bank (us bank won't accept payments), checks have bounced (not the banks fault, no money to cover these checks), processors have flaked out, (looking for a new one), A batch of bad checks have been sent out, plz return check as void (no other means for payment except to deposit into quicktender account.) There are many many more different excuses.

In my opinion, it is a refusal to pay players by check which is same as cash. Therefore you are forced to have your funds paid into a quicktender or other account which charges you a 30.00 fee to get your own money out. The only other alternative is to play back the funds you won into the casino, like a revolving door untill you have nothing left (which shouldn't take too long!). Look back and see the exact same thing happens periodically, then its all good for a while. Smacks of a real deceitful kickback.

Oh please................. if you have not heard, please feel free to look around this forum and see what's going on in the world of online gambling.............. FWIW, the US has been essentially cut off, casinos have lost a large portion of player base and the feds are seriously cracking down on banks to enforce the UIGEA. The only conspirators, IMO, are the US government and several members of the Congress and Senate! Ewallets are the only way some US gamblers have to play, unless they want to go to a B&M (which a lot are doing).

last three checks bounced

these were from a mg casino. they emailed me today stating the best they could do was put it back in my casino account and that i should withdraw to qt and go from there. so now i have bad check charges, thirty bucks wire charges and six weeks since cashing out. what a deal. stick a fork in me.

That's a "Wow" in my book! When MG casinos start acting like this, things are getting scary! They were always the "Rock of Gibraltar" as far as online gaming was concerned for me. I always held them to a higher standard than the rest. This is sad......
