I once asked the Unibet rep a question but he only referred me to the Unibet customer service. But of course, it takes sometimes days to get a reply from them per mail. And Live Chat are usually "offline". Unibet have in my opinion probably the worst customer service of the bigger Net Entertainment based casinos.
