I very much doubt a company as huge as Unibet would consider 2500 as a copious amount of money.

But they have a rep here https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/unibet-rep.html

Thread title changed to something more descriptive. Apologies for any inconvenience.

@ mrpokit99 : please ensure that you have you read and understood the PAB FAQ. The FAQ tells you the scope of our service, what you can expect from us and -- also very important -- what we expect from you. If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail. So please ensure you have read the FAQ. FYI, you are already in violation of the FAQ guidelines in that you've posted here on the forums about your PAB issue 5 hours after submitting the PAB: see FAQ section 3.12 for details. Thank you for your cooperation.

no i had no idea what i can do or cant do in this situtation,i told you after at least a decade of playing slots alot i might add ,this has never happened to me,i always check casinomeister before playing at a site and hes never steered me wrong

i can put the transcript on here if you want to see where he called it copious,so maybe then i wont be a liar too besides whatever else im being labelled, but then that would ruin my pab. but i will eventually

I suggest you don't say another word at all in this thread or you'll lose every chance you have to get this cleared up. You are not allowed to post about it.
Please don't be stupid!

Take it easy, you will need a bit of patience but the issue should be cleared up in a couple of days. There have been issues like this before and with the likes of Unibet, these bigger companies will put their mistakes right, it's just a matter of the issue reaching the right person.

Maybe the CS didn't help much, but the rep here should be able to find out what is the problem for you and let you know how to fix it, but that can take a day or two as people need some time to investigate, etc

Good luck!

no i had no idea what i can do or cant do in this situtation...

Reading the PAB FAQ as requested -- and as you'd said you had when you submitted your PAB -- is a great place to start. Ignorance of the PAB guidelines is no excuse.

FWIW the casino people report that the hold-up had been some KYC issues, since resolved.
