Unibet have put their bonuses allocation in the hands of Bots...yeah thats right no criteria given when i contacted them as to how you are awarded free or other bonuses..all they said was it depended on deposits/play and auto bonuses would be given...DUH what the hell does that mean... £50 deposited ...£100 deposited...or what gives you bonuses ..

so no point in contacting chat for occasional bonus ..that option is now gone..

Ive been depositing for no bonuses given ..so wont be again till I get a bonus..I wont hold my breath...not to mention no free spins for UK...

Truth be told though, I do think its a good move.

Live helps in general across the board probably spending 80% (if not more) of their time dealing with queries related to bonus requests.
