Tropica Casino (My option has changed)

Only the other day I made a thread to say tropic was ok, So please read::

How bad can expectations for a casino turn on a 1p coin,

Received the £17 StPatrics day free chip, Managed a withdraw of only £30, Only to receive a message on here from the rep stating as I only played 4 games instead of the 10 and money its void?

Now I could of easily played 10 games at 1p , Surely theses rules are in place for fraudsters, How on earth can you play 10 games with £17? Its a bit sad how a casino can really expect you to play 10 games with £17,

They also state *Please note that the reason for this is to prevent churning away wagering requirements on 1 game on auto-play* for 100% or more but I guess its the same reason for free chip? I am seriously going to go far by churning £17 away on auto

Remember the rep also said "I review each situation on a case-by-case basis and generally speaking, our regular customers don't experience any restrictions limits" Yes this was about max cash out but surely knowing I could of easily played extra different games and still done a withdraw than I really think this should of been looked at different,

I did not break the max bet rule or Played games which are not allowed, This is a rule we do not come across much & I could of easily played ten games and still took a withdraw, It just slipped my mind.

So I go and reverse the money and played enough games to qualify for min 10 games than made another withdraw only to be told that I broke rules before the first cash out so all money gone

Its up to you guys but make sure you play at least 10 games even at a 1p each if taking a bonus or free chip, so you do not get treated like I did and money confiscated,

I am not moaning, But to bring a term in like that when I could of easily played at least ten games is really unfair and to remind you all of the 10 game rule,

I say its an unreasonable term as I could of played 6 more games at 1p each and cleared the terms

I Know their Rep is top notch and active on here to support as best he can but I sometimes feel at these kind of places that if I fart during a FS round my winnings could end up voided.

If you have made deposits and they know that you're a customer who comes back they would probably see it different, but they are giving out so many free chips that I understand them perfectly.
Also, you must read the rules before you play. You have read the threads about them here before, and you know it's important.

They are not bad because they did not make an exception for me, Because I could of flaunted this rule and played 6 more at 1p each and would of been whiten there rules to do so, As I am genuine player and chose not to do that (forgot) is the only reason for the thread is to remind people of the rule

I got nailed by this rule myself one time on a free chip. It was a free chip. The size of the free chip is irrelevant. They give lots of free chips of various denominations. The bottom line is that the rule is quite clear and not deceptive or hidden. Yes you should have played 1p on 10 games to cover the rule.
If this had been on a deposit bonus I am willing to bet they probably would have ignored it and just sent you a reminder to play the minimum games next time.

Only last summer i broke the same rule, forgot about the 10 game rule on free chip, once i got the mail they canceled my withdrawal then that was it.
I just swallowed my pride, never mailed back or spoke to the rep about it as i knew i was in the wrong,
i just carried on playing and probarbly made another deposit at Tropica as well

I think if the rules are clear regarding a free chip or any bonus in fact then its up to the player to decide if they want to play with such terms or not. From what I have seen Tropica makes all there terms n cons clear and easy to understand. And even if a person does not agree with them it is a personal choice. I side with Tropica on this one and think they made the right call. Dieters group has taken lots of flak in recent months. Think these guys deserve a break! Dont play there at the moment myself but certainly will be doing so again this year at some point. Its probably the only Rival I would deposit at.

I'll say it before Dunover does: "The Chargebacker Debacle" was a case where we dropped the ball and your opinions and feedback meant a great deal to us.

No Rep wants negative press (especially not here), but to me, it's a refreshing change from the usual queries that keep us busy during the day.

It's simple I get 10 free chips play whatever slot you want and bet whatever you want and cashout how much you want if you finish the wagering.

What I have read (pls correct me if Iam wrong) that you must play like 10 diffrent games, and you cant bet to high and max cashout.

Maxcashout I can accept but not the rest.

There was only 1 reason and that was only betting on 4 games, This is not a rule you come across often and easy to forget in a short space of time, Like I pointed out why not put this in the bonus page when accepting bonus? You are correct, play a min of ten games, max bet 10% of bonus & in this case the bonus was £17 and a max cash out on this was £102

For that reason I did not want to have anything to do with them and since that was the case I requested an erase of my personal info.
Absolutelly no response.

My advice: Proceed with cautious with this group.

P.S. What irritate me the most was the fact that they requested a signed document from me that I accept all deposits I made with them last 3 months and after they received this, then they cancelled my withdrawal. They treat all their customers first as scammers and then as clients

They have never treated me as a scammer. I wonder why. I signed up before I got active here.
They wanted those signatures to make sure you didn't do any chargeback. They couldn't ask for them after as you can understand.
As far as I know they ask everyone for it so you're not alone.

As I had earlier advised several of my friends online and real life to try Tropica, after their attitude towards and from experiences of other players that we all have read about, I just wanted to share my negative opinion about Tropica on this forum too.
As you can see there has been some time since my old thread and if I was still angry as you wonder, i think I should have been in a mental institution, been angry for that long especially for a small ammount
The last 3 years they are the only casino that has asked me a signed document, where I state all my deposits in that period.
And all that although I had made a withdrawal with no problems 2-3 weeks ago. Were they so afraid that I would cashback my deposits? (Which is sth I have never done in any casino, not even on ebay for sth faulty I received).
Why not tell straight away, you broke a rule your withdrawal is cancelled, instead of re-requesting my KYC and then signed docs and after 1 week I had to contact them to inform my withdrawal was cancelled.

Their whole attitude leads me to strongly believe that sooner or later we will see problems occuring with them.
I also still can't understand why they don't state EVERYRULE T&C that applies to any bonnus or free chip you have been given in that specific page.
That way it would be crystal clear.
I mean all casinos state that they want player who play for FUN, but on the other hand they require from you to read several pages of T&C, instead of keeping things as simple as can be.

If you don't want that insulting freebie then your welcome to not read the rules and not take it. They actually give you a choice. You have to go to the cashier and click on the button for the free chip and then click on another page with some T & C so you have lots of chance to not take the insulting freebie.

Quite true some people would do anything for a freebie I am sure. But it comes down to personal choice. And in the end casinos are a business and nothing ever is truly free. I dont see the offering from Tropica as insulting in anyway. It is just there terms and conditions. And if people dont like it then simply dont take it. I personally would not bother with such a free chip but at the same time do not think the terms are harsh. And they are clearly stated on the site.
