Ikibu casino is a known bad casino. I lost my deposit to this casino, it just never made it to the account. Several screenshots and over a week later there still was nothing other than phoney reassurances from some fraudster manager. I am not at all surprised about reading they scammed someone else as well. Get this casino away from your bonuspage, CM

Hello trond,

I apologise you had to experience this at Ikibu, if you would have PM'd me I would have been able to assist you with this :)

Lol

Yeah, i am sure you would have fixed it. When not even the supposed to be manager would credit me the 50euro when granted proof. Stay away from ikibu.com folks!

Edit: I found the mail's from January of this year. Lol, several reassures from "CEO Rafael Rios" about the case beeing looked into. What a joke!

The guy is offering to sort it out for you, and you spit in his face.

Ask yourself why you have so much trouble with casinos, could it perhaps have something to do with your attitude?

He spoke in past tense, this was almost a year ago. And if I choose not to be polite with a straight up scam casino, that is my choice. Neither do I have "so much trouble with casinos", just ikibu, guts and 888. All not good casino's

OK, I appreciate that, but you could have got your fifty back and then said adios.

I do not like to get into these kind of discussions, but you are making very serious accusations.

I have checked with our managers and it seems your funds where refunded to your account when it happened, as there was an issue with the processing of them, something we do not like to happen, but far from something that could qualify us as a "scamming casino".

Additionally I was informed that our CEO decided to try and solve this for you personally, as we understood this was a not so pleasant experience, but desisted once you started insulting him through emails.

Again, if you would have contacted me, politely, I could have also been able to take care of it personally.

Well

I did get my money back. But that was from my bank as I complained about beeing scammed. I had to file a complaint with eu internet fraud department and show this to my bank alongside correspondence with ikibu. Ikibu.com did not, in any way or form, make this right and I had to go through a serious bit of hassle to get my money back. I now have closed my account with ikibu and will never play there again but I felt like posting this matter when I saw this obviously fake thread here on casinomeister. As for me being rude with the Ceo, that was after weeks of getting replies like " I will have an answer for you later today" and so forth. I simply informed him about the case I put in with eu internet fraud department and then he became angry. Then I got angry. I stand with my accusations against ikibu.com being a scam casino

Correction

I stated that I reported it to eu internet fraud department. That is not correct, I actually had to go to the police station to fill out some papers.

So basically you done charge-backs with your bank, went to the police station to report fraud and you were rude to the CEO of Ikibu. That's a triple whammy of ****.

rafelito is a well respected rep here and would have done his utmost to help you, but once again you start with personal attacks and accusations.

I guess he wasn't a member here back then or I'm sure he would have.

I also must add that it will probably take me at least 5 years more before I will trust or respect them, so in this case I can understand the player. That's me and my opinion though.

I don't know why I torment myself by reading these threads. What is this fairy tale business in which one can simply stop in at a police station to fill out papers to report online fraud? I'm not saying fraud transpired..I'm saying having multiple resources for player protection makes me green with envy.

I think sometimes you need a Police incident reference to chargeback in some countries, not the UK though. That's maybe why he did it, to endorse his claim. How he can say Ikibu, Guts are scam casinos I don't know! 888 maybe, but not those two!

If the way he's spoken to the rep and CS at Ikibu is to be judged by the tone of his posts here then it's no wonder they stayed clear. :eek2:

@ Trond Sollie : so far you hijacked another person's thread on a completely unrelated topic (posts since removed to this thread), violated our Zero Tolerance Policy on complaints, been abusive to the casino people and used chargebacks against a casino without justification. Not to mention using our forums to pursue your personal agenda against the casino. Violations of our Rules and Policies, one and all.

I was going to offer to look into your case via our PAB service but since you've already gone to the police I think it best to leave it in their hands.

For the forum abuse and violations I invite you to go elsewhere: consider yourself ban-hammered.

Ahhhh....

Still jealous. i wouldn't begin to take a stance on these casinos reputations as I have zero exposure, but it seems to me that with the strict regulations, running a scam from a UK based casino is beyond the realm of possibilities. The only way to stand out would obviously be to employ good player/casino relations

From the little info provided, this probably had nothing to do with the casino! Money transfer didn’t get through, something that happens. If that was the case, the casino had no choice but to wait until the transaction clears either way (go through or return) and that can take a month. That is if you don’t .... poke the bear, meaning don’t go to your bank and start about fraud and thieves and charge back. I am sure the player didn’t just ask polite questions to find out what happened. Probably asked for a chargeback right away. With a clearer head and a bit more information on how banks do things everybody would be happier.

Good point - same happened to me with Red Queen Casino weeks ago - had to wait a few days until it bounced back into my account. I wasn't happy that it was in cyberspace but they assured me it would be back. Fair enought - not great but i won't cry about it. It did. And it went to another casino - newsflash, it was gone after 10 mins :D
