Withdrawal still pending and reversible after 5 business days. I had to contact Rachel to get thing move on (processing but not yet received, so add few hour/days). I know I’m stupid but by delaying withdrawal tradacasino won back 17K. I just want to make sure everyone of you know what will wait you at Trada if you’re lucky enough to win. I will of course never deposit back there.

So are you blaming the casino for playing your winnings back? That's a bit harsh don't you think?

There are loads of casinos that have reverse times - that's just the way it is. If you want to keep your winnings, then don't play them back.

I don’t blame the casino for playing winning back. I blame because they delay withdrawal way over time estimated and if I haven’t contacted in private Rachel what would be the issue. (you know thousands of player doesn’t know casinomeister). Also keep in mind that during all these 5 business days, withdrawal are still pending & can be reversed. Be honest with me please, almost all other casino that have long cash out process will ‘block’ the withdrawal after 24-48h... not 5 days.

...you know thousands of player doesn’t know casinomeister...
And hundreds of thousands of players do know about us. We've been here for over 20 years and all it takes is a quick Google search for "enter-casino-name problems" or "enter-casino-name complaints" or whatever and we are right there. Always have been - we are nothing new.

If players were a bit smarter and engaged their brain cells a bit more when looking for an online casino to play at, there wouldn't be so many sad stories.

I agree. But my point is (nothing against you or Rachel), that trada don’t keep their word on C.A.R.E (Customer are really everything) when a withdrawal is still pending and can be reversed 5 business days later. If no contact with Rachel, probably it would still be pending by this time.

I was thinking Trada had changed. cash outs used to be really fast, Id get withdrawels within 3 to 24 hours which kept me returning. Now they are not even looked at for 48 hours! which gave me too much opportunity to reverse the cash outs which I always did I keep meaning to check if their cash out polices are reflected in their score on Casinomeister because slow withdrawels should definately effect it

On the subject of withdrawal speed, my last two withdrawals at Unibet were in my PayPal account (the method I'd deposited with) in literally under a minute from me making the withdrawal request ... I was seriously impressed.

lol yeah for sure under AG. I meant for the levels and standards of CS which won them awards here and love they once had from us here.

True, it was pretty much foreseen by most, for sure themselves as well, maybe should wait few years longer begore giving any CM prizes in any categories, there's only way down from top.

There would have been other option when Aspire acquired Pariplay but probably Aspire offer to jump their platform was really tempting, they can do loads of things much cheaper when same people are handling XX amount of brands (and of course lower RTP:s, bonus T&C:s etc....).

Some biased people could say that from Aspire can be seen from where they are coming from but let's not go there but hopefully not many casinos chose their way of business which wouldn't be players best interest.

What happened to all the improvements players were getting?

Pending ;)

Anyone who plays at Aspire should know that it can take up to two weeks maybe longer to receive higher winnings. And I agree if players would be smarter we maybe would have a more healthy industry. Currently they make more money from offering lower RTP Settings and giving bad bonus offers, but most players would sell there mother for 10 more free spins with 75x wagering and 100 € max cashout.

This is somewhat baffling due to the fact lucky pants(also aspire) are doing cashouts to PayPal within a couple of hours now. Since the UKGC stopped reverse withdrawals..
