The rep didnt say it because he cant. But he knew. Remember Eric from casinoluck? I never saw the guy once since they were bought by the scum company.
The industry was far from perfect for many years. For the first time in my life, gambling online is just not anymore. You are always taken for granted, casinos will treat you like garbage on every possible and the whole process feels more and more like a big scam. Even the players are aware of things like hidden real rtp and yet you hear all the sheeps trying to convince themselves its random.
What a shithole. We should stop depositing for 6 months and see what happens to their manners.

Well @[email protected] left not long after the platform change, and I asked @TradaCasino about 2-3 months ago which of the improvements they promised had been implemented, and she still hasn't replied. She hasn't even been online since the start of June. That should say it all really.

I will say withdrawals have definitely improved with Aspire - my last two withdrawals have been in my wallet within 12 hours, despite officially having a 48 hour pending period.

Nice to see you back Rachel.
So which of the improvements you promised last year have been implemented now? I would have thought you might have updated the main thread as they were done? You said you thought the increase of RTP would be third quarter, so if that hasn't been done, it should be soon?

Hi Colin,

In relation to RTP settings being configurable on a brand by brand level, this will miss the Q3 roadmap. A number of projects have been delayed for reasons outside of our control however I will update you once I have more information on this.

Some of the main recent improvements have been:

1. Withdrawal time: The cashout time to players has been decreased significantly and now stands at a couple of hours.

2. Improved first response time: The average wait time for players on live chat is now an average of less than 1 minute.

3. An automated document processing system is being rolled out first for UK players in order to improve the KYC flow and overall process efficiency.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask,

Thanks,
Rachel.

Thank you Rachel
I must say though, I think most people guessed withdrawals at most casinos who had a 24-48 hour pending period would speed up once reversing withdrawals was banned!

Never thought i'd close Trada but close it I must.

They've literally lurched from one poor platform to an even worse one: 10 minutes to login (not just a one off), then once you're in the screen loads (again, regularly) pixel by pixel so and, as what Colin's said re the bonus, i think enough benefit of the doubts been given (been firing the odd tenner here and there, for reasons unknown to me tbh)

8/10, rather than be the CM rating (more like 5 best), should be the number of times you have a slow, error laden session.

Not unique to Trada - I’ve played at a few Aspire sites and it appears that template they are using is trying to do lots of clever HTML and JavaScript tricks, but coded by someone who is not up to the job. It’s a shame as in all honesty, I have so far had no problems with Aspire. Payouts have all been relatively quick, and I steer away from the low RTP games.

They really, really need someone to fix their website code.

I will say - I have no problem with their games. It’s the actual sites themselves. The games are loaded separately, so if they’re not loading properly it may be an issue at your end. Cookies, cache etc etc.
