Time to PAB?

Hi again

Its been around 3-4 months now since I had the misfortune of running into a non-paying casino operator.

I proceeded to write complaints to them and also e-cogra.

Once I had submitted my complaint to them, I had an email back from 'Tex' thanking me for taking the time out and they will be in touch. Now, three emails later in the intervening period and e-Cogra just do not reply to you, you can not call them they just ignore you blatantly.

Should I PAB? CAN I PAB?

It's hard to know the best way forward without knowing which casino, how long you've been waiting on eCOGRA, etc. Feel free to PM me that info if you'd rather keep it private.
