FTR, We used to process requests every second day but moved up to daily recently. I didn't want to mention till I was sure everything was running smoothly, but so far it's just faster withdrawals and no problems which is great. We're still not processing at the weekends but continuous improvement is the name of the game so it's only a matter of time. :)
 
I signed up last night and got the free $15 bonus sign up. Ended up cashing out $57 profit. Support said its the first time they saw someone win on that sign up promo lol because bingo is very hard.

I agree, unless you hit a jackpot... trying to grind out wins is very very hard. Luckily my $5 bingo winnings got me a couple nice wins on the batman slot to meet the wagering.

Gordon was pretty shocked when I sent (without being requested) all my ID documents: drivers license, credit card, fronts and backs and 2 utility bills. He said "wow now if all my customers were this organized my job would be easy".:thumbsup:

Sadly the withdraw only had one option for me since Neteller and skrill will no longer service Canada. And they cant do payouts back to mastercard.

So a check it is!

I wanted to leave more feedback here.

At first everything seemed perfect. Now, the cashout process has been absolutely horrific.


I sent 6 pieces of ID documents without being asked. I then processed a cashout. A couple days later I get an email stating my cashout is denied because no documents have been provided. Not long after that email, I was told my ID was approved. Sigh. About 3 days for this.

I resubmitted. I got an email this morning saying my cashout was denied because I requested it back to my card. Which I did not because I was told they dont cashout via mastercard. I dont even think they have that option for me. And now they want bank details......

So I hopped on live chat and told them this whole process has been completely unacceptable. She responded to me by saying no they cant process my cashout until I confirm my address and phone number via email. Are you serious? 6 pieces of ID that have been approved and now you want this?

She then told me oh my cashout is processing since I resubmitted yesterday. Funny. I did not do anything of the sort yesterday.

Now I have been told it can take up to 5 more days to process. Its been 5ish days so far.

I have Pm'd the rep here asking he take care of this. Hopefully he can. I have read IanO has a good reputation here and from a couple brief PM's here seems very nice.

The staff are very nice there
Games are fun
Cashouts are terrible
