Firstly not a complaint, nor a bitch and moan, just something which from a frustration and principal point of view has now snowballed to the point I cannot let it go.

A small problem which I would usually just call it a day but the lack of response now has wound me up.

Keeping it as brief as possible...

I deposited and played (with a bonus) sometime last week, busted and closed the window, no problem.

This week (Monday) logged into see what their Daily Summer promotion was (deal of the day sort of thing) and saw that I had a 100% match offer but also 0.28p left from my last session.

Obs though I need to clear that 0.28 before a fresh deposit to zero out any 'old' WR.

Managed a few 0.09p spins on DOA and then with 0.08p total balance left, I hit the feature (reduced win lines from 9 to 8) and won just over £5GBP.

This did not credit to my balance (which remained at £0) and hence the problem started.

Now I'm not hard up for a fiver but although rare we all know that £5 on DOA can, on occasion lead to good things, heck I'm sure 50% of my wild lines have come from having less than this in balance.

I sent a quick, polite PM to their rep (Erik) although it was showing he had not been online for about a week. No problem, I'll wait I thought.

The following day (24-36 hours later) another quick look and no reply, I'll go onto chat I thought, maybe he's away on hols or simply too busy.

Chat got the wrong end of the stick to start with (maybe a 50/50 call on that one but didn't seem too keen at the start of chat on helping (logs available if needed))

Eventually we were singing from the same hymn sheet and I was promised at least a reply by COB, if not a solution.

As I type now, I have still had no reply, I waited for chat to respond almost an hour last night and another small wait today, seems like the light's are on but no one is at home??

The icing on the cake which lead to my frustrations (and this thread) is that I happened to spot Erik had been online yesterday (another thread/another member) and asked the member in question to PM him some details.

I saw the opportunity of a polite reminder and posted directly below Erik's post asking him to check his PM's

As I say its not the £5 really, more the fact I feel I am a customer after all (granted a low roller with small deposits but a customer nevertheless) and feel that I am being totally ignored.

Thoughts and suggestions please, much appreciated

I am waiting for a reply email from Kaboo (same group) 5 days now and counting so I fully understand your frustrations!

Maybe clearing cookies/cache would help make the 5 bucks magically reappear? :D :D .... sorry, had too. :p

Don't really know what to think of the whole Betit Group, to be honest. They were so on the ball about everything at the beginning. Last 12 months or so just trouble, be it promos, bonuses, chat responses.

Just remembered my last encounter with CS when i suddenly could not login after their relaunch. In their email, which took some 36 hours to arrive, they said if i get the restricted country pop up then thats how it is. 4 weeks later and suddenly i can login although SuperLenny still gives me the same pop up.

Wrote a PM as well at the time and never received an answer.

Result is that my deposits there dropped from 15K in 2015 to just 450 for 2016 so far and i can't see me doing much more either.

Gave them another shot with the Epic Summer promo only to see the fiasco with the FS the other day.

Hope they get their act together again as I really liked playing there initially.

I agree that correspondence shouldn't take longer than 24 hours, whether by email to the casino or the rep themselves. If anything, the rep is supposed to generally be on hand to escalate matters quicker and be the 'middle man', at least I thought.

I'd be annoyed too at the loss of that credit, after all, we all go to DOA by default don't we?

In fact, I had a £5 bonus earlier and used it on the famous game. Within two hours I had four scatters twice, near-wildlines and at least eight or nine bonus rounds! But of course I busted :(

All it takes is one good hit. Thrills better get onto this pronto. There's money to be won!!

Don't blame you, terrible service at the moment.

Only reason I had mine open so long last night is I was slotting elsewhere and kept popping back every now and then to see if they'd returned from their extended ciggie/coffee breaks, all to no avail.

@Goaty - Think my 'all time record' is a wild line from last 0.36p, Imagine what I could do with a whole fiver!

Just spotted as well, Erik has read this thread! so fingers crossed....

Impressive, but have I told you story of my last five pence spin about three years ago? I got a wildline or two (can't remember exactly) and got over £200. I haven't told that story round here many times at all.

Ok so maybe about five times....at last count :(:(

I'm offended. I actually tried to find it in the Winner Screenshots a while back, before it got turned into a monthly thread....it was impossible!

Probably my greatest hit in terms of shock/awe/bewilderment. Given the puny betsize and that it was my actual last spin too!

    Never to be repeated

    Got £5

Total balance upon logging in £10.20 (with £56.10 Wagering)

Closed window in disgust and went out back for a fag  :p

The group took a dive and not managed to to hit the air yet, Wasnt they being sold? I think they not bothering no more from what I have seen and heard, Why should they, I know there trying to get some last pennys bought in as had no end of offers from them and pretty good at that 100 - 200% ers, Its a shame really as they was a good out fit, Just took a nose dive in recent times

Yeah mate, nosedived is a good way of putting things lol!

What peeved me the most is their rep Erik is showing as read this thread yet made no input, either in the thread or via PM.

They would have seen a deposit from me yesterday but after this fiasco (not the £5, the poor CS) I played elsewhere.

They have been took over / brought out, think they're linking up/moving under the MT Secure platform.

Maybe things are not too rosy for Thrills staff at the moment and hence the reluctance

I've always quite liked Thrills as an outfit but found their CS to be a bit lacking. You'd have to repeat yourself four times before being understood.

Perhaps as a cost-cutting exercise they've stealthily replaced all the usual CS agents with schoolkids or ex-cons on community service. That would explain the short shrift encountered whenever asking a simple question

Trouble is tthey are not doing much about stuff either (GIG / Icloud / I game / Guts group) what ever its under, Since they launched the platform thats another noise dive, It just seems all about money, Forget player issues / Errors, I mean there been lots of moans about errors from guts and sister sites, Yet to see a good explanation,

I mean these good casino's or was in there prime and still can be are going down hill sharpish, Where believe it or not groups like IPS are actually moving forward, Maybe some of us have more knowledge than others, But I can asure any one that I have seen a rapid decrease in here is the middle finger

A lot of casinos favour this method. At least using that, the only spinning going on is at least lag-free and less painful :(
