Firstly not a complaint, nor a bitch and moan, just something which from a frustration and principal point of view has now snowballed to the point I cannot let it go.
A small problem which I would usually just call it a day but the lack of response now has wound me up.
Keeping it as brief as possible...
I deposited and played (with a bonus) sometime last week, busted and closed the window, no problem.
This week (Monday) logged into see what their Daily Summer promotion was (deal of the day sort of thing) and saw that I had a 100% match offer but also 0.28p left from my last session.
Obs though I need to clear that 0.28 before a fresh deposit to zero out any 'old' WR.
Managed a few 0.09p spins on DOA and then with 0.08p total balance left, I hit the feature (reduced win lines from 9 to 8) and won just over £5GBP.
This did not credit to my balance (which remained at £0) and hence the problem started.
Now I'm not hard up for a fiver but although rare we all know that £5 on DOA can, on occasion lead to good things, heck I'm sure 50% of my wild lines have come from having less than this in balance.
I sent a quick, polite PM to their rep (Erik) although it was showing he had not been online for about a week. No problem, I'll wait I thought.
The following day (24-36 hours later) another quick look and no reply, I'll go onto chat I thought, maybe he's away on hols or simply too busy.
Chat got the wrong end of the stick to start with (maybe a 50/50 call on that one but didn't seem too keen at the start of chat on helping (logs available if needed))
Eventually we were singing from the same hymn sheet and I was promised at least a reply by COB, if not a solution.
As I type now, I have still had no reply, I waited for chat to respond almost an hour last night and another small wait today, seems like the light's are on but no one is at home??
The icing on the cake which lead to my frustrations (and this thread) is that I happened to spot Erik had been online yesterday (another thread/another member) and asked the member in question to PM him some details.
I saw the opportunity of a polite reminder and posted directly below Erik's post asking him to check his PM's
As I say its not the £5 really, more the fact I feel I am a customer after all (granted a low roller with small deposits but a customer nevertheless) and feel that I am being totally ignored.
Thoughts and suggestions please, much appreciated
