Hi
We are aware that some of our promotions can be very focused on the CET region when it comes to times etc. This is for the simple reason that the majority of our players come from there. We o fcourse strive to make sure we have great promos and suits everyones needs. Right now we are actually planning on doing a small push towards australia to cater to the players from there. We launched the AUD on our site a little while ago and will hopefully soon come out with some Australian promos aswell
Regards
Erik
Sorry Erik, but that Aussie push isn't off to a great start

.
Please ignore the PM I sent you, as I have since been in contact with your less than encouraging CS staff about the issue, as I wasn't sure if you would respond on weekends. As I was keen to play the free spins being stuck at home ill this weekend, I decided to go to your CS, so please don't think it was because I didn't think you'd help or respond. I'm sure it will be resolved, but email offers that aren't clear or honored is a huge pet hate of mine, so I had to say something about it.
I received this very clear email from Thrills, which stated the following:
Get 50 Spins and €100 extra - Play now!
Hey Azzurri,
We are delighted that you started playing here with us at Thrills and hope your first visit was a pleasant one. If you have any questions our Live chat is there to answer them!
Our motto is that 2 is better than 1 and want to remind you that you still can claim your second Welcome bonus of 50% up to €100!
As a cherry on top of the banana split we also give you another 50 Free Spins without wagering requirements on Starburst when you claim your second Welcome bonus!
Claiming your Welcome bonus is easy:
1. Make a deposit of €20 or more and tick the bonus box.
2. Your bonus is credited instantly and is available on Site, your Mobile and Tablet.
3. Free Spins time! Collect 50 Starburst spins at 16:00 CET the day after your deposit
Now the offer is very clear, right? I make my second deposit, get a 50% bonus, and an added cherry on top of 50 free spins on Starburst.
So, despite my first terribly fast losing experience at Thrills, I wanted to be fair, and give them another try, with the added safety cushion of the free spins in case the second session was as quick as the first, and I wanted some further play time.
As often is the case at many casinos, my second session was as poor as my first, but fortunately, I had the free spins back up plan, lol. Well so I thought

.
When I asked your CS about the spins, and when exactly I could expect them (due to the time difference), I was told that I wouldn't be receiving any free spins, as I already received them with my first deposit. Now I explained the email, and sent him a copy, yet I was still met with confusion, "as Thrills do not usually offer free spins with second deposits".
Now that's well and good, however, I'm giving you solid evidence that in this case it is in fact an offer you guys are handing out, so surely there shouldn't be too much confusion or answer seeking, right? I received a black and white offer, I show hard evidence of the offer, CS agent grants the offer. It should be simple one would think.
Anyway, Sherlock Holmes at CS headquarters informed me that he would have to investigate this further, and seek the help and advice of the relevant department. Once he does that, he will get back to me with a response. Really? Why so hard?
Now, I don't mean to come across too abrupt Erik, and I may be a little extra grumpy because I'm not feeling great at the moment, but it's just frustrating from my end. I've been sick for a few days knowing I'd be stuck at home this weekend watching the grass grow. So last night, I planned my Saturday and Sunday, by going through all the email offers I had received, so I could plan which one's I'd accept and get the most play time from.
Last night your offer appealed to me because if I expectantly lost my deposit last night, I knew I could still have some play time tonight to fill the boredom. Now this has occurred, and for all I know, the CS reps lack of confidence could mean I don't see these free spins until Thursday, or better yet I find out I won't be getting them.
Like I said, maybe it's not a huge deal, but I'm a little grumpy, and this just set me off. Surely you guys have to deal with enough complex issues day to day that you don't have to make the simple stuff complex in itself. And judging by the sizable and loud nature of the artistic email offer I received, surely your CS reps were made aware of this offer to second time depositors?
Of course I don't hold you personally responsible, and I know you do your best to please, but the whole scenario just bugged me and I had to get a rant off my chest. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay for 50 spins, which I'm sure will be just as fruitful given my current luck all round.
If you speak to the CS agent Erik, maybe just let him know that I am not smart enough, artistic enough, nor computer savvy enough, to be able to pull off a forged email offer of that calibre.
Maybe I should have just spent the extra $20 and paid $120 at
Leo Vegas for the 120 free spins on Attraction. F'ing hindsight.
