@ rainy and Mouche12 Agreed, gotta bit of catching up to do on several threads including this one, but i mostly go to the last page of a thread to see if i can deduce quickly what has been said and needs to be done ^^
Only rarely does it end up saving me time though..
Anyway just had to quickly react on that topic that has been bothering me for ages:
If you open your doors to certain countries: be sure to make all your offers, or the bulk of them available to all those countries you cater to, if you don't it seems like favoritism to the average Joe that doesn't have a clue about licensing, active promotion restrictions and whatnot, and probably doesn't care either way.
If despite that those players still sign up, offer them side deals, especially once they have become loyal.
Also, sign up bonuses that are only available to one, or a few countries will never come across as genuinely good.
You don't sign up from some excluded country with a clue, you probably just saw the flashy banner, and it's always disappointing, at any stage (during sign up, after sign up or worse, after depositing) to find out that your not eligible.
Happened to me at so called "respectable places", even after i was a "veteran".
Pick up your sox! @ all Casinos that do this!
Nothing personal Erik, you seem to be doing a good job and i think i still am interested to try, but since the topic was uttered, i just had to say add 2 cents
