Tips Thrills Casino

From Thrills' bonus T&C:
Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus, any deposit bonuses or free spins unless otherwise stated: Czech Republic, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Latvia, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, The Netherlands, Turkey, Ukraine & USA.

Why are the Netherlands excluded from any bonuses?
Why do they ban certain players from bonuses who can play there?

.

I see that Thrills has added two new games from NextGen today - Wildcat Canyon and Easy Slider - which is cool.

But they are a bit difficult to spot unless you are actually looking for them.

I think Thrills should consider creating a "New Games" section or at least list new games in the "Featured" section.

That message isn't totally correct or clear - players from some of those countries are NOT allowed to play at all due to licencing rules and/or the country in question banning online casinos who aren't licenced in their own jurisdictions, e.g:
Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, USA. (I'm not 100% sure about all of those).

All the other countries on their list are excluded from bonuses because generally players from them are notoriously bonus "abusers", multi-accounters and fraudsters.
These countries are banned at the discretion of each casino; some casinos will only bonus-ban a few or none of those countries, while others might have even bigger lists of "naughty countries".

I've even seen a few casinos who don't allow UK players to claim bonuses - what a total outrage!

Alarming behavior!

As I wrote in the original post, thrills agreed to pay me back 1000NOK.
These where accepted deposits, after the account was ask to be closed.

WHAT HAPPENED:

5 days later 18.Dec they release all VISA reservations from 12 and 13.Dec. More than they was suppose to pay back.

THEN:
They make new reservations for more then what they released causing my account to go into negative balance.

THEN:
I transfer money to make the account balance positive, then I wake up to see that they have taken EVEN MORE money from the account.

I have now sent them bank statements of all deposits made to them(taking a lot of my time)

They have absolutely no control what so ever, relaying on the customer to clean up their mess!

Until this issue has been resolve STAY AWAY.

Nothing is worse than a casino the plays with your private bank account without permission.

WOW thanks KK didn't know thats a bit messed up surely they should bb on a player to player basis

Why do they ban certain players from bonuses who can play there?

Almost all NetEnt casinos are excluding players from a few selected countries to claim bonuses. They can sign up and play, but not claim bonuses/free spins.

You will find a similar rule over at for example Guts, Betsafe, Redbet, CasinoEuro etc.

Players from countries like Russia and Poland are often excluded from bonuses. You will quite often also find Canada and Greece listed.

Where does it come from that Dutch players are often bonus abusers - frauds etc.? Are these allegations based on statistics?

There are lots of Netent casinos that DO offer bonuses to Dutch players, so my question remains: why not at Thrills?

Yes, I think that Dutch players can claim bonuses and free spins in probably most NetEnt casinos these days. I wish all of them (those who target international customers) would allow this as NetEnt is very popular among players from Netherlands.

@ rainy and Mouche12 Agreed, gotta bit of catching up to do on several threads including this one, but i mostly go to the last page of a thread to see if i can deduce quickly what has been said and needs to be done ^^
Only rarely does it end up saving me time though..:p

Anyway just had to quickly react on that topic that has been bothering me for ages:
If you open your doors to certain countries: be sure to make all your offers, or the bulk of them available to all those countries you cater to, if you don't it seems like favoritism to the average Joe that doesn't have a clue about licensing, active promotion restrictions and whatnot, and probably doesn't care either way.

If despite that those players still sign up, offer them side deals, especially once they have become loyal.
Also, sign up bonuses that are only available to one, or a few countries will never come across as genuinely good.
You don't sign up from some excluded country with a clue, you probably just saw the flashy banner, and it's always disappointing, at any stage (during sign up, after sign up or worse, after depositing) to find out that your not eligible.
Happened to me at so called "respectable places", even after i was a "veteran".

Pick up your sox! @ all Casinos that do this!
Nothing personal Erik, you seem to be doing a good job and i think i still am interested to try, but since the topic was uttered, i just had to say add 2 cents:)

I forgot my login details and now I can't log back in whenever I fill the forgot password form out it comes back saying: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Not very helpful.

Update: Okay even stranger... I never received any registration email from Thrills casino and when I try to register a new account with the same email address it's letting me use the same email address when it should be rejecting it because it should already be on their system. I've got a receipt from Skill luckily but has anybody else experienced this?

hi mrmark21
I think I know what the issue might be, could you please PM me your usernames and I will check it out

Regards
Erik

Hi, just my two pennies.

I have registered yesterday, and did a deposit in the process.
Surprisingly I haven`t received one email, nor with my registration details, offers or depo confirmation.
That should be a given, I have ticked off to receive all correspondence.

And of course, the lag on MGS and Quickspin games have been very bad.

I would expect these to be a teething problems, as they say, but I read that Thrills is run by experienced
casino people, so please get it sorted

Erik has has just about fixed it for me. Silly me entered the wrong email address which would explain not being able to submit the forgot password form and not receiving any registration email. Thanks Erik :)

Bonuses and Restrictions

Hi

I thought I would give some feedback regarding the questions about bonuses and country restrictions.
The markets we have chosen to exclude from the welcome offer is based on historical experience and statistical data. With that said it doesnt mean that we will never offer bonuses in those markets. We are still a young company and as we grow we will constantly add on more languages, payment options and other functionality we feel we need to give a good casino experience in those markets. If we would create a general bonus that would be the same for all markets it would need to be a lot less generous, meaning that players in our core markets would receive an unfairly low bonus.

Regarding The Netherlands that has been mentioned in this thread I do believe that it is a great market, if you have the set up for it. We chose to exclude it from the general bonus based on stats we have seen histrionically. We have seen that to be able to offer a good casino experience and not attract a lot of bonus abusers, you need to have a site translated in Dutch, have dutch speaking support or at least have a bit more of a brand presence in the market.

Of course we welcome players from The Netherlands who wants to try us out, and I have made sure that for all the Dutch players here who wants to give us a go will get the welcome package aswell. All you need to do is contact the live chat after your deposit and tell them that you want the welcome offer and just say it was ok with Erik.

If anyone has anymore questions please do not hesitate to contact me at any time

Best regards

Erik
