Well not a good start. Welcome bonus hasn't been credited automatically and support is offline atm. Couldn't wait so started playing, just hope they won't chuck in the bonus midplay denying current winnings. Also very frustrating with the system logging me out and the games changing to fun mode. Occurring every 10 minutes which really disrupts what should be an enjoyable session. Site loads fast and games are not that laggy so all is not bad, just hope they can fix the other glaring technical issues.

Thanks for the prompt response Erik but the issue has been resolved after a quick email to support. :). Also it looks like I didn't need to use that bonus as I managed to have a decent run, enough for a small withdrawal. It's great that you can cancel the bonus anytime, really nice feature. Unfortunately I had to stop playing for a while as the session expired error was getting a bit annoying. Hopefully it will be fixed in due time as everything else is pretty good. Now I'm just awaiting for my docs to be verified and awaiting my first cashout!

I've played on almost all EM casinos using probably 10 different computers / internet connections, and the problem is always there. I've complained to other operators about this and they always say it's just on my end, but in that case I must run worse with computers/connections than I do on slots :)
 
I had a go at thrills.

Had a reasonable amount of play time.

However, the delays from pressing to spin to reels stopping is unacceptable. So is the time taken to download the games. I tried a few different game providers, and some were worse than others.

If 32Red could find a way to incorporate other providers into their Viper client, I would be there 100% of the time. I'm getting bored of the MGS download games, but at least they load up fast and don't lag all the time.

If so, then it's not as good a deal as 30x D+B , where you'd deposit 100 for example, receive 100 bonus, and from your very first wager you're playing through the WR. So if you were unlucky enough to lose 100. you could already be halfway through the WR (or at least part way through), meaning 100 left with 30x WR remaining - 3000

60x bonus only could mean you wouldn't even start contributing to the WR until you'd lost that first 100. leaving 100 left to play with 60x WR remaining - 6000

I opened a Thrills account the other day (dunover) and two horrid problems. Firstly, the Quickfire winning slow spins ruined my experience totally. I just wanted to either get a lucky win and cashout or lose quickly and leave, On TS11 spin after spin knowing I was going to lose as the reels stopped 'too fast'. I tried BDBA and when you get the 'heartstopper' of 2 scatters dropping in and then the remaining reels spin slower to keep the suspense up, I already knew that I was getting paid 2x stake for only two scatters as the reels had spun slowly beforehand - on BDBA 3 or more triggering scatters pay nothing so could only come in on a 'fast' spin unless in conjunction with another paying line like 3 10's. Ironically, on a 'fast' spin I knew that if I hit two scatters on reels 2 and 4 say, I would definitely get the third on reel 5 as the fast spin meant I couldn't be paid for only 2 scatters which would give a 2 x stake win. Very bad.

Secondly the layout is awful. I found that the account details are hidden behind a great big 'deposit now' popup which had a little scroll-out button hidden on the left of it. Very annoying. You see the account details hidden behind so you automatically close the deposit box on the 'x' on the top right which then removes the hidden account button/box with it. Grrrr.... It's even worse when you see a wild drop on the first reel or 2 scatters on reels 1 and 2, and know it's going to amount to absolutely ZERO

I wish I'd noticed your post before making my first deposit.

This is exactly the bug I'm talking about earlier in this thread. It happens at all EM-powered casinos with all providers that I play (MGS, NetEnt, Novomatic, IGT). Some casinos have it more than others though, for example, I noticed it a bit less at GUTS vs NextCasino.
 
I've just had a £10 win on TSII, and although i wasn't watching my balance carefully, I'd swear it wasn't added on. But can't see any links for playcheck or anything

was getting alot of logouts last night also, with a popup error message saying something along the lines of error state -1, when refreshing the game (f5) you would appear still logged in at the top, but the game would load into freeplay mode, when you totally reloaded the webpage from a fresh browser it was clear that you weren't logged in (and the fact a simple page refresh was taking you to freeplay mode). Happened about 5-6 times last night before i bust out :p

This is why I still play the "dinosaur" download MGS casinos. I think the problem is as you say with QF but only manifests itself in casinos which have servers of a certain capacity. Like I said, on Videoslots all softwares run smoothly and I don't get these issues - even the sh!t-awful QF habit of 'showing' the slow- winning spin in advance is barely noticeable on Videoslots. Maybe it affects the biggest sites with most players online simultaneously worse than the quieter ones. Whichever, I'm with you on the dinosaur downloads here, because the QF slow-winning spin is NOT present on them. This problem has just got to be addressed by Quickfire because it really detracts from the slot experience.

When i click on the game link (on the top of the page), nothing happens, or its just really slow & loads empty slot symbols at first until a while later they show as normal.

In Explorer they load directly & with no problems.

Yeah - I have noticed the same thing (I only use Chrome).

I usually need to reload the site 2-3 times before it loads correctly.

normally there should be no difference for skrill and neteller. maybe i was just lucky to been talking to the right chat agent, his name was Rickard. he was very nice and solved everything in the most uncomplicated way. he told me that once i like to acshout i should ask for him in chat and he will handle it right away. maybe you can ask for him to speed things up. and what do you mean by upload screenshot?

No wellcome bonus for Romania..I saw after I made first deposit...Anyway i lost my balance in minutes..playing on minim bet 1 play'n-go, 2 netent and 1 microgaming slot..no playtime..everything seems to be tight..or probably I was unlucky..Anyway not my favourite Netent casino to play..no bonuses for my country, no playtime..:(

Yes, it is and I remember saying it. It occurs on ALL Quickfire sites, but on ones with good server capacity like Videoslots you have to look for it, whereas on busier sites it's unmissable even to the inexperienced. Quickfire really need to listen to feedback on this problem, as it seriously pees a lot of players off.:mad:
 
had a promo today of 50% upto £50 havnt played there since i had my nice run although tried a few times in the week to do a deposit didnt work , nothing to do with casino though , i played again today very smooth ,had plently of gaming time & a nice bit of luck on that slot gonzo )
