Usually around the 10-12 hours mark IIRC (been a while :rolleyes:)

Always say I will share positive and negative feedback alike so fair is fair.

Been moaning last couple of sessions about constant errors but just finished a session which ran pretty darn smoothly.

Not one disconnection only the odd laggy spin (1 in 50?)

Pity it was another visit to the Ice Age otherwise I may have actually enjoyed it :p

I will 2nd that, I give them a chance and took the 100%, up and down but finally busted, Not one error

Couple hundred quid, but was the last of my budget for the week for gambling, so need to just keep watching the euros to distract me!

I'll make sure I don't, especially as I just got through to live chat who told me 'withdrawals are subject to lengthy delays this weekend so it will be processed sometime later tomorrow most probably'

Still I feel sad for those in support everywhere. It's not that easy and it's a lot to learn.
We can't expect those in support to know all about RTP and how everything works. I'm sure it's great if they get someone who knows that stuff, but there are a lot of casinos out there and most customers have no clue either.

Especially summer time when they need extra staff.
Be nice to support. They are young, maybe have a hung over after that beach party yesterday or simply arrived the day before and are in shock:p

Aren't basic things like RTP, something support SHOULD know about?

The whole point of support is to help customers. If they don't know what they're talking about, how are they going to be able to help??

I had a moan my self, But had a few small deposits after to give you the benefit of the doubt, Glad I did as I quoted JonM and pointed out every thing was running good, It was terrible at one stage but I know how good you guys are to us and all the help so couldn't have a moan and leave it as that, I know shit happens and not much can be done, But my play after was great and no trouble,

Anyone else having severe problems with thrills tonight? Unable to login as it tells me I am in a restricted country :mad: (I have checked my IP address and nothing at all there plus on same computer and connection as always). Live chat apparently online but nobody answering either.

You mean this screen? I've been getting it since they relaunched the site and to this day neither did I have a clear answer nor a resolution of the problem :eek:

Yeah mate that's the one. It has fixed itself for me now but that is precisely the message I was getting earlier. What do they say to you about it? - Presuming you have contacted support or the rep. I didn't get an answer from live chat waited 10 mins No 1 in the queue.

Wow I cannot believe deleting cookies didnt fix it, Well if that didnt do the trick than surley sending in an email should of definitely done the trick :what:

Was I dreaming but I am sure the rep said you should not be getting this? Either way how hard can it be to say county is barred or not

I had trouble before they switched, But now it seems to have all been sorted my end, At least from my last few small deposit's the other day

Accidentally pressed the forfeit button, asked if I was sure, so attempted to press the no button several times, page froze and all my winnings vanished.
Thrills support not interested and just quote the terms and conditions about forfeiting your bonus. Tried to explain what happened with no joy.
Not impressed at all really.

OUCH I feel that pain, Its been running ok for me since my original problems such as errors and lag, Out of interest did all your money disappear? I surprised live help couldn't do much as at one point I know that thrills would do what ever needed to help players,

Abit disappointed to hear the complaints thats coming from them, Alot of players are not happy

Just lost the bonus element and winnings, tried explaining that the page froze and became unresponsive, but they did not want to know. Quite disappointing as I have played there for several years now.

Why on earth would I willingly forfeit my bonus when the account was at approx 270 to be left with 30 to play with, they cant seem to understand me?:eek:
 
Even more reason to send Erik a pm. They can help if they want to and I refuse to see that they have any reason for being that stubborn right now when they know their website doesn't work properly.
At least I know he will give you some sort of compensation. He is that good.

I do not think they are looking at the bigger picture, There could be serious errors if you told them that you DID NOT cancel but it did and froze, Yet ignoring the fact or are not recognising there is a problem, If thats there policy about the bonus than thats fair but its not fair if its there fault,

I agree with fun4all that they are a great site, But they have to look into theses errors, But like its been pointed out as its weekend and there is most likely no one on to be able to get the right resolution, I know its not good

Maybe you should consider a PAB. You should not be punished because of their quality of their website.

Yes them games sites are disallowing are getting bad, I have repeated my self many times over this, sites are putting in games for no apparent reason, What I have seen is no GOT but does not state 15 lines or 243 lines?
