Thanks for your email.
Unfortunately, we have to be very rigid with our bonus terms and conditions as being so generous, they are open to abuse.
We would not be able to re-instate the bonus winnings in this case.

Thanks for your reply, but please note this was certainly not abuse, just a simple mistake on an unresponsive website at the time.
And the latest reply is:

At no point did I presume that you were abusing the system.
However, as a result of some players doing this, we have to be consistent with our rules and no bonus balances can be re-instated I am afraid.

SO I pointed out that yes I pressed the forfeit button by mistake, but did press the 'NO do not forfeit' button several times as the page froze.
Why on earth would I willingly forfeit my bonus when the account was at approx 270 to be left with 30 to play with, they cant seem to understand me?
