Thrills need to get casino history. I dont want to talk about with cs calculating machine about wagering. It is cs not calculating.


Same thing with superlenny. Some in cs calculated that I dint wager hole one deposit and that is the reason dint get super free spins..

So if cs is caring VIP's away , go for it..

Well, I signed up to Thrills earlier on. Great feel to the layout and great selection of games - unfortunately loads of my favourites so I know where me and my spare cash will be going now!

Deposited £20 then a further £25, now have a withdrawal in place for £250. Hopefully withdrawal timeframes are good and hassle free and if so, I'm looking forward to staying here!

So, I'd never got around to trying to unlock the treasure chests at Thrills.

Decided I would today so played JATB. Started at 20p stakes but realised this was below the 40p threshold.

Had one bonus at 20 stakes but discounted that from qualifying.

Upped my stakes to 40p, couple of bonus rounds and a little more play. Cashed out.

My first chest should have been unlocked but it only showed 1/2 in progress. Contacted live chat.

OH MY GOD!

15 minutes until the operator realised it would need to be looked at by another department - almost 25 mins in total before he offered to email me when it was sorted.

Refreshed my browser after the chat. Couldn't see what i'd got but now said 2/2.

Back onto live chat. Said i'd just been chatting to his colleague, advisor said I'd just been emailed.

Checked email, said i'd been awarded my spins. Couldn't see what. Asked him "should be a symbol by your username, click that". Only thing there was about 67 days of summer promo.

Explained this. He said "sorry". Explained by this point that I was sorry it was so much hassle participating in a promo. Asked him just to simply confirm what spins I'd been awarded. Finally got the info.

Best part of 40 minutes wasted for 20 spins.

Had it worked as intended, great. But it didn't, so feel ever so slightly irritated now.

Edit: And just to add insult to injury. Those spins aren't even available until tomorrow.

Not mildly irritated now, bloody furious instead. What a waste of my time and energy.
