Thrills has been posting the message that Microgaming has been experiencing technical issues on their site recently. As such, the MG portfolio of games has been removed.
It seems MG games are running fine everywhere else, so I'm puzzled as to what their problem is - more like the problem is with Thrills, not MG.
More annoyingly, they have some promo's that attract me at the moment, regarding earning superspins for biggish deposits, my kind of thing but their timing could hardly be worse given there is no MG catalogue of games to choose from for wagering. There is no way I'd want to purely play Netent for the entire duration of the wagering.
It's really poor timing, given the nature of their promo's during the last 48 hours. More disappointingly, I see the problem hasn't been resolved, 24hrs later upon logging in today. They've certainly lost a hefty chunk of deposits from me because of this problem, I wonder how much it has cost them overall.

its been like that at every EM casino for atleast 5 days, when i asked Superlenny live chat they just told me the same s***, clear cookie and all that so its obviously not a single person problem

According to Erik Superlenny aren't an EM casino - different license....

They still get their games through EM. They just have everything else by themselves.
That's common practise if you check which casinos are using EM, nothing else though.

.

Yeah what Tirilej said.

Thrills is using EM's game engine, but they operate under their own Betit gaming license.

If you check their uk gambling license on ukgc website they share it with other EM casinos, so maybe they handle their own payments and support but their gaming services are from EM

If u wanna check it, just click the Gambling commission logo on their site

It is my understanding that SuperLenny's casino section is operating under Betit's own UK license.

Only SuperLenny's sports section is operating under EM's UK license.

That's great info as I usually deposit first before checking if games work or not lol otherwise it's a waste of my deposit if I can't play the games I like.

Ok so to be safe I just go to guts or video slots

SL & the other few sites have their own operation but need to get there games from some where, Unfortunately its EM they have there engine running from, But yet again EveryMatrix is misfiring as usual, Are they ever going to get there arss in gear?

I wonder how much they are actually losing, Deposits wize? Its been going on for toooo long
