Thoughts on bonus banning

I would appreciate your views on the following.
I have been a loyal losing member of an rtg accredited casino for ten years and never had a huge win.
This month I ame finally up around 2k.
After my last win, I got a mail saying if I don't deposit without using a bonus, I will be bonus banned.
I personally feel that this is not very professional as I have been losing to them for a decade.

I prefer bonus banning over non payments

To me it seems a lot of casinos are only interested in problem gamblers.
All you have to do to be considered 'advantage player' these days is not to reverse your withdrawal and have the nerve to actually recieve your winnings. Outrageous!

simples stop playing there and move on to a better casino if you look throughout the forum you will find lots of positives and negatives and you then take your pick,i can never understand why they keep promoting bonuses and then if you finally win on one after all the playthrough you can be bonus banned,i always take bonus at 32red and have won on numerous occasions and never been asked to deposit without takeing a bonus when one is on offer.

I wouldn't disagree with those sentiments. Take addicts out of a High St. bookies they would close, as would any amusement arcade. I don't see why any online casinos would be different. If you took out problem gamblers and deposits borrowed from banks via credit cards and overdrafts and consolidation loans, I think the same would happen to many online sites.

I think MOST casinos look at your whole history - if ahead overall, you won't get bonuses. You show a decent loss overall, you will. Obviously some disregard this, and just have a kneejerk reaction to a decent w/d. like in your case. This is unwise. If I wanted your w/d back, I'd be deluging you with bonus offers to get you back in redepositing. I certainly wouldn't be goading you to play cash-only like your casino has.

It was inetbet who sent me this mail.

Off course 32red are in a different league.
Two days ago I won 20k at dash and I got paid the next day and also got 100% match upto $200 the same day

I knew it was Inetbet, when I read the statement the casino sent. Personally when casinos offer cashable bonuses I will used them. I try to avoid sticky bonuses...To OP make a cash deposit at inetbet, wager it 1 time on black and red in roulette and cashout. See if they have a problem then

Regarding casinos and bonus banning I share the same view as Dunover. I too would be offering you bonus offers galore.

its simple as breathing: a client is allowed to take what is offered to the client. obviously terms and conditions apply for which the client agreed to act accordingly, and the casino does the same.
unless the term bonus abuse is defined in those terms as playing the way you play there, you cant be denied a bonus.
on the other hand... i dont understand bonusplayers anyway. you all the time are wagering your weekend down the drain, and if you just played your own cash, you can cash out immediately, and if you want to play more, just make another small deposit, perhaps with a bonus.


so short version:
-if you play normal and use the bonus money like it is your own deposit, the casino doesnt do this.
-why you never played without bonus i cant really wrap my mind aroud anyway
-i bet a lot of people call you a lucky guy, since the casino gives you the notion on forehand and not confiscate your winnings. which in my mind wouldnt be the most ridiculous reason, compared to sh*t that gets pulled on other members.

well then, just mix it up a bit. you know how it goes... if u have a wagering to work through, it sometimes seems like you hit big easier than without a wagering. but my experience is, if you mix it up (f.e. 50/50 bonus no bonus) you definately enjoy playing more, since you dont spend all night playing through the wager and in the end just barely withdrawing the min wd amount.

i only take bonus at club gold. the wr dropped to 20x for the vip bonus and its very obvious what machines to play and what not. my luck is that i dont even like 1 branded or progr slot.
in the weekend i dont take bonus. if i win i pay out, if i lose i get it back on monday to try again
