i play at 3 MG casinos ...this week i got an email from one of them offering me a 20% bonus and 30 free spins on a slot for a deposit of 50

email also said if its my first deposit of the week the bonus will be boosted to 50%..i took the offer..

i played and lost my deposit then went to play my free spins..i always save these until after i have bust out or cashed out as any wins from free spins is added as bonus money to the WR ...

the free spins were not there so i contacted CS and asked them to add them for me..they imformed me i was not entitled to them

i told them about the email i had recieved and they said because it was my first deposit of week and i got 50% bonus i was not entitled to the free spins..i explained that the email i got made no mention at all of not getting the free spins if i got a 50%bonus....it simply said bonus would be boosted to 50% if it was my first deposit of week..

i said that in future perhaps they should ensure there emails give out the correct information as it was extremely misleading they even agreed with this..

i asked if they would then add the free spins ...they refused saying i was not entitled..have to confess i was rather miffed by this..now we are talking about 30 free spins at.15 a spin...$4.50 worth of spins....

i looked at my account history with the casino...in the last 15 months i have deposited just over $11000 there and cashed out just over $5000 so im a good customer for them because i loose lol

i exchanged a few emails with the accounts manager but they were not budging ..to me it was simply a matter of principal over a misleading email

so i asked them to close my account...i know they wont miss my business im no high roller but i just thought it was very poor customer service on there part...

if the same situation had arisen at 32red mark would have added the free spins without giving it a seconds thought..

so they have now lost my custom..guess it just means more money for allslots & 32red the other casinos i play at...

that's pretty crazy, seems many casinos have no idea what good customer service actually means.
Nothing like loosing a customer who has so far made you $6,000 for $4.50

Can you please tell us wich casino it was sattty?

It's always good to know wich casino I do not want to play at :eek2:

no not red flush

Whichever casino it was they stand to lose. Its not a case of some freebie-hunter begging for free chips. You are a loyal depositor and the casino only has itself to blame for misleading you. If they give ND bonuses/free spins to non-depositors it says a lot about their management style or rather the lack of it.

I frequent gowildcasino all the time and get those emails. They're slightly misleading but they dont lie ie it doesn't actually say you receive both. It's a one or the either kind of deal. It's always a good idea to check with live chat anyway about the deal before you take it. I always do and generally save the chat.

yes i never said they lied..simply that its misleading which they agreed with

The emails promotions are misleading in that, it's not so such theyre attempting to deceive players, rather, that the lay-out (the way it's written and presented) isn't very clear; it could be more defined. They're slightly confusing at to what the player can claim. The put more than one given promo in the same body, so it often looks like you can claim one AND the other as opposed to one OR the other

Here's this week's; it may or may not be the same one, but you get the idea:

Get tons of free spins when you play some of your favourite games. The Spin Machine is On!

Remember to claim your Wednesday Deluxe and play the GoWild CASH Free Rolls every day!

Enjoy a 50% bonus on your first and third deposit this week of 50 or more!
The weekly offers are:
75 free spins on Planet Exotica and 40% bonus on your deposit of 150 and above
50 free spins on Planet Exotica and 30% bonus on your deposit of 100 and above
35 free spins on Planet Exotica and 20% bonus on your deposit of 50 and above
20 free spins on Planet Exotica on your deposit of 20 and above

So, it's 50% bonus
OR
a weekly offer
But they bleed into one another to look as though they're combined offers rather than separate ones

I don't know about you guys but I always have my lawyer sitting next to me on the couch, every time I think about taking an offer that is emailed to me.

I suggest you do the same.;)

B&M Casinos...I yearn for them and gowild without the confusing T&C's.

LOL, you need one for some these days. Some casinos, I get completely different promotions depending who I talk to.

I would need at least two of them. One English lawyer that can explain it to my Swedish lawyer that can, hopefully, explain it to me, wich we all know is not that easy:eek2:

oh your english seems pretty good to me

although i have a sweedish friend who can type and read english fine but can barely speak it lol

I have also had an experience at gowild that indicates I will not play there anymore. I used to play there abit, and play frequently at all casinos with no bonus. Have not played there in a long time, played hit a royal and cashed out a pretty good sum. Happy to be back at MG, no worries on getting paid. Well it did take about a week to get paid, and had to read all the fine print on withdrawals. Was just under the "we can only pay $10,000"a week clause.
Anyway, went back deposited twice and played and lost. Went to live chat to see if any bonus available as they used to frequently offer them. Not so much anymore. Bunch of goofy chat from whoever was on the other end, so I emailed support and was told "well, that is an upper mgmt decision"No bonus for you...but you are lucky because you can deposit and play and not have to worry about the restrictions!

This after getting p-oed at my other old fav Vegas Country since they have gone Casino Rewards.
Looking for a decent MG place to play now. Seems like they are all going downhill, at least as far as I'm concerned. Just losing trust in them all.

I totally understand that, and as much as I advocate for abiding by what one agrees to, it doesn't mean I like where the whole terms thing has ended up after a.decade.

Still, whilst there are bonuses, and players who make a living finding grey areas and exploiting them, we are pretty much stuck with them.

At a B&M, owners can compete with other casinos by offering better perks like more free meals, drinks, shows, transport, rooms, tokens etc. Just about everyone frequent visitor to Vegas chooses where to play based on these things. Also, since these perks are pretty straightforward, there is very little opportunity for abuse or misuse. A $200 hotel room doesn't actually cost the casino $200, same with free meals etc etc. You're there in person, there's no question of your identity, and there's no need to restrict what games you play as long as you behave yourself.

In Vegas, from what I hear, there is very little perks in the form of cash or anything like match bonuses. A land casino offering "buy $500 get $500 free" would be bankrupt in a week, as there's no way to track every bet and every chip etc.....players would come I'm for the free $500, make a few $1 bets, or none at all, bring back the chips afterwards and cash them in.

Online casinos cannot offer the same perks....they can't see who they're dealing with for a start which is the main differentiator. The only palpable form of perk they can offer is the bonus. It's no good offering meals, rooms etc is there? Of course, if they're going to give you their own money to play with, there's going to have to be rules to stop professional bonus whores from cleaning them out. Once upon a time the rules were pretty simple, and some prominent members here continue to boast about all the profit they made from using those bonuses.....but now it is we who are paying the price. It is these players who are to blame for all the hoops and fences and fine print. I often see the high-fiving when someone takes a casino to the cleaners via a loophole in a promotion......but all they're doing is cheering for tighter restrictions and more rules, as they are the inevitable consequences.

If it weren't for bonus whores, we would still be enjoying 200% match bonuses with 5xwr and freebies with no max cashout. It's got nothing to do with the UIGEA etc.....it all started well before that. Anyway, I'm sure I've probably pissed enough of these people off now so I'll stop. LOL.
