This is why people are often irritated with the withdrawal process

First of all, this is my recent experience, no more, no less. And, I am fully aware of the verification process.

Played the CWC free chip at High Noon on 12/25 thinking I didn't have a snowballs chance in X#$% of cashing out. To my surprise I could cash out the max (250). O.K. I have been verified at a few CWC casinos but not High Noon and haven't played for over a year so figured I would have to resend docs. Did that (passport, drivers license and had them email the verification form). Knew that Monday was a holiday...no problem. Get an email from the cashier they wanted a copy of my cc, again, no problem. Attached it to his email and sent it right away.

This was early AM Mid West time (6 hours later CWC time). Checked back later that day and they hadn't received it. No response to email had to use live chat.

Wednesday, same question...emailed cashier and no answer. Jumped on live chat three or four times until they were back from lunch...no dice. They still didn't have it. Sent it again.

Today (Thursday)...get up at the crack of dawn to get a hold of them and guess what? Spent 15 minutes on live chat until they tracked down my email. Now, in the meantime they have put my whopping $250 BACK into my account and I have to start the withdrawal process all over. We all know this means (due to the extended holiday weekend) no one is going to look at it until sometime next week. This translates into me getting my withdrawal sometime 2-3 weeks after requesting it.

Now, for the love of gambling...I am not condemning them, I am just saying if I had deposited I would be really P.O.'d. It was a free chip but if this happens on a regular basis then they need a little help.

This is what turns people off....that's all.

They DID receive it then, but lost it, along with your documents. This seems to happen too often at too many casinos, yet they don't see a problem with the current system. Players often get cynical and remark how "convenient" the situation is for the casino as it allows them to stall over a second holiday period or weekend.

If they found it after 15minutes on live chat, it was there to be found earlier on, yet they didn't look properly, why?

The good thing is that you WILL get pad, the bad thing is how timeconsuming it is.
I wish that more casinos could learn that things like this really looses alot of players.
I myself only play at 32red (and sisters) 3dice, Omni, and Inetbet... AND wh`? Because i never have to wait long if I amlucky enough to win!!!

I would never play again at a casino that takes weeks (not even one week) to pay out a win... (unless it is the first cashout and your not verified but even then a week is tooo long)

Nah ö . I am sticking to the ones I know treat me good!

I totally agree. And I'm sorry, but free chip or no, I'd be HIGHLY irritated. And I'm talking about all the contortions necessary to get sensitive documents to the proper people. You sent these things... how many times?? So where the hell did they go during a couple days' time? I am assuming they didn't bounce back to you as undeliverable?

Congrats on the win, btw!

@Vinyl.....I emailed them Tuesday, Wednesday and was on chat and then again this morning. the non response to my email asking them if they had received a clear copy was the most annoying as I know until they have that clear piece of paper the clock does NOT start ticking to the payout.

Mousey....That was a question in my mind! Where was that email for three days that was suddenly "found" after getting a little annoyed. And thanks...I was really surprised but Mystic Dragon pulled through on a $.50 bet!

I know what you're talking about.

I know the feeling, on the 23rd, I submitted a cashout with Highnoon, it wasn't processed so I have been reversing it back and forth, everyday it still does not get processed. So it will be late next week before I see anything. I have been verified at all CWC's and now it is just a waiting game.

I just found out a few minutes ago that when you reverse your withdrawal it starts the process all over again. So I won't be doing that again. I have to wonder what kind of excuse I am going to get when they finally do get around to processing it, after reading all the stuff on here.

I will update when I hear something.

Yeah I was considering depositing on a couple poker sites, but looking at 2+2, it appears even the biggest ones open to the US are taking 4-6 weeks to process withdrawals. Not a problem if you do poker as an ongoing hobby, I suppose, but if you are like me and want to have some fun and if you are lucky, some quick cash, that is simply not acceptable. Frankly, anything more than a week is unacceptable, IMO.

So back to 3Dice I go. Which is fine with me, I enjoy playing there, even if they don't offer poker.

I haven't had too many problems on Club World casinos with regard to withdrawals, so I continue to keep them on my shortlist. Sorry to hear you are having such problems. Let us know when it's resolved.

Fortunately it wouldn't do me any good to reverse it since it has a max cashout (thank God):D otherwise I wouldn't have had to bother withdrawing...I would have lost it all:eek: I took a tourney win at Rushmore and ran it up to 3500 and blew it all reversing because I knew it was going to take months to get it...but I digress...it is just a PITA jumping through those damn hoops:D

Yea, I have a pending w/d from High Noon ($1003) and Club W ($1700) from this past Christmas weekend. I asked both casinos via live chat if they verified my docs, they said yes I that my docs were verified. Of course i kept both copies of the chat for my records. I have no doubt that I will get paid.

The only thing that's a little bit frustrating is that my w/d's have just been sitting there for over 3 days, just begging for me to reverse them. I understand that they are probably a little backed up from the time off, and for all I care take a couple of more days before they are completely processed, but I would appreciate it if they could at least approve them and get them to a place where I couldn't reverse them. Although I am determined not to let that happen.

My main complaint, outside of piss poor play results with this group, has been that the cashier seems to think they are exempt from needing to give people a proper email response. I have had several times where I emailed the cashier and never got a response back. I've had to log in and ask live chat reps to confirm that my docs were in order. They, therefore, have been on my shortlist of casinos I intend to uninstall after the first of the year. I'm still granting them grace to buck up and do it right.

This morning I log in and jump on live chat just to see if everything is in order. The CSR tells me I now need to call them as that is the last step in the verification process. Now, what bothers me is that if I hadn't logged in and asked I never would have known that and it would have continued until next week. The cashiers do not reply to emails! I call them straight away and now I am "verified", however, if the cashier doesn't get to me today it will be next week due to the Holiday. It's COMMUNICATION that they need to improve upon! And, we will see what happens next week!:eek2:

Happy New Year everyone and good luck with those free chips!:D

I am going to ask a question as I have been following this thread. My understanding with the CW group was once your docs were approved at one of them, that you were then verified with the group. What point is there to resending the same documents, or why is it even necessary? I thought the group shared the same cashier/support/finance depts.

Congrats to those on this thread on your wins. Would like to hear about some success stories from this weekend's free chips.:)

In my case I was verified at Club World a few years ago when it was just them, then Lucky Red after a withdrawal and since I haven't played for over a year (and never expected to cash out on a $25 free chip). Even though all my info is the same since it has been so long they just reverified everything. I did notice on the verification form that they do list all of the casinos and ask for the username at each. I would assume (which is always bad) that now they have all of this I shouldn't have to go through this again.

A better process for handling withdrawals would be nice. As it stands now the only real way to combat this would be to send the documents up front and make the casino verify they are in order before playing. Unfortunately for players like me I don't really have the patience for that. I typically keep everything on hand and only send when I have an amount worth withdrawing. Thankfully I haven't ran into this. Casino's need to take a page out of 3dice's book imho. If 3dice can make the process painless, why can't other casinos do the same?

@ Mousey: I always LOVE your avatars.

PISSED OFF!!!!!!

I'm finally losing my cool about WITHDRAWALS and especially RUSHMORE!!! I know you are all going to say " WE TOLD YOU SO" but it just so happens i only played a few times there and happened to WIN so i had no clue how their withdrawals worked, now i know!!!!!!!! 2 months and no pay..... excuses is all i get and i ask them everyday where my money is and everyday i get the same processor BS answer!!! Places like this need to be banned from doing business, period!!!!

I just contacted CWC via chat bringing to their attention that I had pending w/d's (CWC and High Noon) sitting there for about 5 days now. To their credit and my appreciation they promptly approved and processed my payout while I was still on live chat. Thanks 2 CWC

Today is January 3rd...jumped on live chat to check on my withdrawal from December 25th. I was told the cashier has been busy and they "may" look at it tomorrow. "This is why people are often irritated with the withdrawal process". And, when I talked with them on Friday (had to be phone verified) I was told it would be done Tuesday (today).

As of this evening, no withdrawal and live chat told me it was re-requested today so it won't even be "processed" for at least two more business days. From start to finish we are looking at a minimum 2-3 weeks.

They must have thought you were Republican and busy at the polls so they werent in a hurry to process your w/ds.:D

I have said time and again that CWC is poor at communicating with players on their cashouts. When confronted they insist that they sent emails to you stating they told you to do this and that before the w/d can be successfully processed but in reality they didnt do so. Personally, I am satisfied with their processing times (usually within 24 hours for non-USA players) but they must get their act together when things arent smooth and they require players to do something extra.

@Oldtrvagt-Have you PM'ed the rep, what does he have to say about the delay? If you haven't see if he can expedite it for you. You never know.

I will tell you this, the silence from the rep in all these threads about CWC speaks volumes!!! I know some will say "why should they come in here and get harrassed" well quite frankly, isn't that part of their job? To try and resolve player issues? It amazes me how quiet most reps have become on here.

Hopefully the rep Tom, can help you can you on this one.

Very frustrating!

I had a w/d made on 12/22, was processed 12/28, and hit my account (ACH) on 1/3/12. Considering the holidays, I would let that delay slide.

I now have another that was done on 1/1/12, still pending for ACH. Another today and am going to try the "Pay my Card" method, just to see how it goes, since this is a lesser amount.

I have a pending WD from the New Year's free chip at High Noon - I checked in chat yesterday and they said the cashier is still trying to catch up after the holidays. Today just to be on the safe side I contacted them via email to make sure everything's ok from my end since this is my first WD from that casino. They said it should all be fine and reiterated that the delay was due to playing catchup after the holidays.

Interesting though that I got a response to my email today almost quicker than someone came on to live chat yesterday!

I won from the NY free chip at ASS and the money was in my account in less than 24 hours together with a cashout from CW which took only 6 hours. Maybe my w/ds were smaller in comparison.:D

That's interesting that you got yours already....maybe it's done alphabetically or something? I usually get my withdrawals from CW really quickly, so that's why I was a little surprised that this one is taking so long. If it's still sitting there tomorrow maybe I'll try shooting a message to Tom and see if he can get it processed for me so I can spend it!

lol...funny how things are relative, I say "taking so long" and it's only been 3 days. Imagine how pissy I'd be if I was playing at one of those places where you have to wait weeks or months.
