I have a scenerio and I would like to ask if it has happened to anyone else. I sure would like an opinion. or experience would be better!

I reopened my account and I logged in a few hours later to find $50 sitting there. I got no email, I did not claim anything, it was just there.

I figured it was a welcome back bonus. That is all I could think of...now I went to look to see if this was in the T&C's and NOWHERE can I find anything on a deposit given by a casino that was not being claimed in these T&C's.

Anyone have this happen to them? It specificly states All bonuses MUST be claimed prior to depositing. These have T$C's.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably just John Wright being a nice guy, he does that a lot...one of the best casino managers out there IMO !!

Enjoy the free money !! :)

RobWin, what are your thoughts if I should win anything on it (maybe double it up) I would be able to with draw it without a problem?

It happens alot. I used to find ND bonuses without emails. Just check the T&C's with the bonus, follow them and if you win you can cash out. When I use to play at Pantasia, they did it all the time. Enjoy it.

As a token of appreciation I think you should at least wager it 1x before withdrawal. If there is nothing regarding the $50 in the cashier there should be no WRs and you should be able to cash out. Otherwise, once you initiate a withdrawal it will tell you that cashout requirements are not met.

I get them usually once a week when John is not on the road....I assume the TandC's are the same as the last time I checked and you are correct they do not address this type of comp.

As I did not play from the end of April to the end of July, I went to chat upon my return (and receiving a cash comp.) in order to thank John for the comp. and to verify that it was still a cash comp. with no wagering requirments.

I knew for sure from John until I ceased in April that the cash comp. put directly into your casino cash balance was/is a cash comp. with no wagering requirements but felt that I should reconfirm upon my return since I noticed TIV in the interim had commenced a monthly 10% cash back bonus (that you must elect to take but is no deposit also) on losses that does have a wagering requirement.

I would just contact CS via chat to confirm in writing (for your peace of mind also) as I do not want to be the gospel for TIV on something that is not mentioned in the TandC's. Good Luck!!

Yes (as I have)....there may (or may not) be a one time play through as some casinos require but I do not know at TIV since I have not and would not just withdrawal a cash comp. without playing although iirc just withdrawing a cash comp. is an option at some casino's.

My gut feeling is only John could accurately answer this afaik if the question was necessary for anyone!

Did you look in the cashier history section to see if it was listed there ??
Yes, I looked, no record of it at all.

I did ask live chat and they had no idea either, emailed the TIV person here and no reply as of yet soooo..feeling frustrated...

...I went and played just as if I deposited it myself..enjoyed it right down to less than $5 bucks..went to the Scary slots, bet 60 cents a spin hit the bonus, then hit 5 OAK during bonus and that brought my balance up over $350 dollars...I played for HOURS! (About 4 hours) before I got this...and then hit the bonus again, and again and again..went over $800...cashed out $750...

Hopefully...I will get it...I sure worked for it!:D That was some of the best play and most fun I have had in a long time....and if there were any T&C's with it...I think I met them plus some

Thank you all for responding and giving me the help I needed to just go for it!:notworthy

CONGRATS:thumbsup:

I do not think you have anything to worry about. I know for a fact in the Spring, John was the individual from TIV issuing the cash account comps that you found "sittting there" in your casino cash account. Likewise, I do not receive or expect any official notice , ftr , but simply log in like you did and voila. I assume it is still John that solely handles these direct cash account comps.. Maybe the following quoted excerpt from MR.TIV ;) will put your mind at ease in the interim since CS probably has fowarded your inquiry to John.

Excerpt From A Past Quote By John:
"Hi Garry,

For starters I just added a $XXX chip (no terms or restrictions on it)to your account."
:)

Well, here is the last of the question I had...

I GOT PAID!

Woooohoooo.....

No applause, just throw money :D

I do want to say thank you to all and to the casino...I had my doubts and was worried terribly because that was one of the best sessions I have had at any Rival casino...and if I didn't get paid, I would have truly been let down.

Thanks again all!
