Well, it seems that the Palace Group may be experiencing some email difficulties with their outgoing servers. Screenshot of my mailbox today, and I just got home from picking up my daughter at school, and there's five more waiting. Has anyone else had this today, and any ideas how to make it stop? I'm PM'ing the rep here, but this is just nuts.

Yup. I've received a few dozen of them already as well.
Definetely not the best mistake to happen upon a new start of a Casino. I will forgive them though if it does not happen again.

Short of blocking their email addy, how do I stop it? They're picking up speed now, I'm close to 40.

It looks like that their mailserver has gone crazy. In the short term I think the only thing you can do is to blacklist the originating e-mail address or filter it into the trash.

Is this from the new bought out casinos?

I recall All Slots having this problem when I first joined. It seemed to be one E-mail every 10 minutes.

The main problem is overloading the storage limit on your ISP, running a "rule" in your E-mail software should provide a good solution to divert the clutter till the problem is fixed.

Yes it is VWM, it's from Mummy's Gold. I've just blocked the addy for now, they were coming three minutes apart...hmmmm, somewhat like labour, not quite as painful though, lol.

It does seem like there was a mailer problem. We are working on this and apologize to all players affected.

I will post again once the issue is resolved so that the email address can be taken off all your block lists :)

I never counted how many emails were received - I routed all emails with that subject (rather than the email addy) to the trash.

Those of you who blocked the email addy will probably not have noticed that an apology has now been sent, with $10 in your account for the inconvenience :)

Can't really argue with that, I guess - good going Palace Group :)

I didn't get the $10.00 . However, I did get the mass emailing from Mummy and a nice apology Email.

That's weird. I thought everyone got the same email... and I didn't even complain once. And I haven't played there in more than a year...
