their site is fine, cancel project and put that cost in protection of minors or so. They have one of the better sites from all regulatory bodies we work with.

Or use it to employ more staff to answer emails, last time I emailed them, it took 3 follow up emails and almost 3 months to get a reply.

The isle of man gambling commission site has a nice layout, easy to navigate, and the use of english is superior to the ukgc in terms of being easier to read and understand and informative.

Also they investigate player complaints I believe, so I think although the ukgc is much bigger, they could learn a thing or two from the IOM

When I first read the thread title, prior to clicking my first thoughts were "No way, they're never going to do something sensible, are they?"

Thinking it would be something to do with their (yes, sometimes necessary) but mostly OTT regulations and moving forward a chance to put some clarity and common sense back into the industry for players and operators alike.

I have always been told I'm too silly at times and wishing for the impossible.....
