My question is: Has anyone of you used "Verified by Visa" in the last 2 days? Starting yesterday, all my transactions to Neteller, bill payments for broadband, uploading phone etc. get declined. And in such a quick fashion. I still receive the OTP and put the numbers in but the soon I hit "Proceed" the merchant displays the declined message almost instantly.

Talked to my Thai bank, they couldn't see any of my declined transactions, strangely. Their only advise: "might be something with VbV, give it a few hours and try again." Still the same now.

So I thought, I ask my fellow CM'ers if they encountered the same issue as then it would be indeed a VbV problem and would calm me down since it would surely work again at some point. Got no time to travel to TH at the moment to get a new card or similar, so I hope this will work soon again.

Want to have some fun on the reels and yet again our modern technology is stopping me.

Just tried it here in UK mate, albeit a small amount, it went through as normal, no problems (touch wood!)

I usually use Mozilla, tried also different IPs via VPN, from my mobile phone with a Chrome browser (Android) and a ton more....nothing worked.

But will give Edge a try, maybe it makes a difference.

Edge did not work either, same as on Mozilla....declined message within a few seconds, much faster than usual.

Bank CS is now closed, have to call them tomorrow again.

Can't use PP anywhere to deposit at gaming sites. Not allowed for my country of residence, unfortunately

Same goes for the card itself, Thai banks decline all transactions to gaming sites, not just casinos, but also betting etc.

But you gave me an idea, I'll PM you in a short while.

visa does have some problems from time to time. This year alone ive had 2 or 3 instances where it just wasnt working be it a day or a couple of days. Last time i checked with my bank i had same problems, some verified by visa stuff was messed up but it was problem on visas side, not my banks. It affected only some countries though but it definitely happens.

Mind you if your country has banned visa/paypal transactions to gambling sites maybe they also banned uploads from your visa to skrill/neteller too as those are mostly used for gambling purposes. I wouldnt worry much though because i really think its Verified by visa problem as your other transactions are being declined too, and those arent related to gambling.

Is paysafe an option for you? You can buy those online aswell via Bank account/VISA. Not sure if there are any fees involved though.
