Yeah but I am not complaining, my lifetime RTP on Videoslots currently stands at 99.02%!!
Had loads of huge hits on other slots.
DOA and more recently DOA 2 were never my lucky slots.

Sooo, kind of a crappy update on the comp.
Went to make a deposit using skrill, but was not able to. So i go to login at their site, and turns out my account is locked.
I have whats left of my gambling-budget on my skrill (wich is a not so impressive €120ish).
Im gonna have to put the comp on hold until i find out what is going to happen to the funds on my account.

This month has been pretty poor on the withdrawal side for me, otherwise i would just go ahead and use my "normal" money for the comp.
I hope you understand.

send them an email after they closed it to inquire why they did so and they send back same blah-blah response they can decide to close accounts whenever they want and for whatever reason they want. so that's that . have no idea what happend , as said I havent used it months. probably before the summer.

They blocked my account once because of a random re-verification check. Took three days to get through. They are awfully slow with customer support.

I had the feeling that answers were coming quicker when I sent an email directly to [email protected] than via their onsite message form.

Don't worry about the comp, sorting your account is more important.

Yeah, i saw a couple cases like that when i googled.
So im kind of hoping its just some re-verification check.

I was thinking maybe my total transfers have reached an amount that automatically flags the account for extra verification or something.
Just frustrating not knowing.

How would sending them a different set of verification documents do any good?
Every document ive sent in so far has been on me, Pooh.
Little late to change that now.
Problem is that human Kroffe shows up less for each passing day

Most days i dont see him at all, but i think he sending messages inside my messages somehow.
Even when its clearly me, Pooh, that is typing, i cant shake the feeling that the first letter in every sentence means something.

Skrill is very convenient for online gambling but they must be one of the shittiest companies out there.
I m a VIP since years but to get a question answered it sometimes takes days or even weeks.
Calling them is a nightmare and IF you get to speak to an agent they always sound bored and not having any interest in resolving your query.
I sometimes have all my gambling winnings on Skrill but I can WD 1200 Euro every 24 hours which I then do as I do not really trust my money there to be honest.

I WD with my Mastercard and deposit into my savings account from my regular bank.

Well I thought I would add my sob story answer.....

I would buy a pair of steel toe capped boots for £18 and then try to win x4 with the remaining cash to pass on.

The reason I would buy the boots is:
DOY SOS arc currently in my town building a shelter for young people aged 16 to 18. In order to be a volunteer and be allowed to enter the site you must wear a pair of steel toe capped boots .

For those unfamiliar... it is a TV show that changes lives by running some kind of renovation project that the community can be involved in. This project was to provide accommodation for vulnerable kids age 16-18 who find the self homeless.
This was an amazing experience.
