The Euro Cup related deposit and none deposit deal thread and your Euro predictions

There was no link to the specific offer and as a respected rep from a respected casino I trusted his word that it was a "fantastic deal".

When a rep comes on here offering a deal I take them at their word.

To be fair he just posted about that days deal in the post you quoted and didn't mentioning every day.
He let you know they had a promotion but the rest of the job was yours, as always.

The notion of the offer being £50 EACH DAY to stay in the deal was so silly for the outside chance of winning a few spins with the wagering requirement of x35 that I dismissed it as not reasonably possible so I took it as a £50 deposit to last the tournament. We have a number of other casino's offering freebies throughout the tournament and some are completely free, even of wagering requirements. These had been promoted on the same day that Mark promoted this one here and nowhere in his post did he allude to having to deposit each day to stay in the promo.

Sorry Colin and with all due respect but that is little naive. The job of Casino reps is to make money for the casino.

Always read the small print!!! :D

I would never trust a casino employee 100% as it is always about the money.

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note to explain the Euro promotions we have running.

1. Leaderboard to win £10k holiday. When you opt in, you choose a team. You get free games every time that team scores if you are active (deposit £50, wager £100) on the day they score.

2. Daily deposit bonuses. Replacing DOTD but has double daily bonuses when there isn't a match that day.

3. £50k slots tournament. No deposit requirement and all prizes paid as cash. We currently have lots of players who haven't bought additional coins who will win a cash prize and/or progress to the next round.

4. 3-2 or Red Card Giveaway. Both of these are awarding 32 free spins to players who have deposited min £50 and wagered min £100 on the day they happen.

Sorry to hear that some people do not find the offers attractive, but as with all promotions they are opt-in and nobody is forced to take them. I genuinely believe the offers are generous, especially on the days where there is a higher daily bonus - you deposit to get the bonus and then any additional free games are just a bonus.

Feedback that £50 is too high has been noted and I will pass it on. Perhaps next time we can lower this to £10 as suggested and adjust the number of free games awarded. It's just an obvious choice for us to do 32 free spins!

Thanks for the feedback as always.

Mark

PS: Harry, except for the 'shameless plug' which I clearly labelled, it's rare I post on here to 'make the casino money'. The majority of my posts are to respond to player feedback or clarify a promotion. Granted you could argue that by doing that I am helping our reputation which will (hopefully) end up in helping the success of the business, but it's hardly sticking my hands in your pockets. :)

How did you end up becoming that cynical?

The job of the reps is to keep both their company owners and customers happy. They get their salary every month just like you and me, and I've heard that they are humans, not robots.

I trust many of them 110%, others not at all, but that is just like with the members here. Some I trust and others not, since it's often about money;)

yeah thats why i said its not such an amazing offer to begin with. At first i was a bit pissed off with them renaming the good old, deposit $50 to get xx free spins offer into... active players get xx free spins.

Now on top of it to participate in 3-4 days of this promo you have to deposit $150 - $200... for an off chance to get a few spins with 30x wagering :eek2:

he did say they had to make these deposit limits or else promo couldnt be so... generous. And i was like ok fine there is a $50k freeroll running afterall, until i checked said freeroll and noticed it allows... 999 continues. So much about generous frerooll, that $50k (and probably some more) will probably end up being paid by its players and not the casino itself, lol.

with all that said, its sadly one of better promos right now simply because other sites have no real euros related promos whatsoever, just because of their 50% - 100% daily offers :p

As i already said i dont mind them making a few highroller friendly promos, but im against somewhat misleading offer being masked as a something its not. Either that or 32red really doesnt consider players who deposit $20 - $30 a couple of times a week... active :D

LOL Sara ....

Just now in Mark's last post i could point out a few mistakes/wrong quotes, e.g.

1. Leaderboard to win £10k holiday. When you opt in, you choose a team. You get free games every time that team scores with no deposit requirement.

In the T&C's it states you have to be active on the day your chosen team scores to receive the 10 FS. Further down, it classifies an active player only if you have deposited 50$ on that day. So clearly a deposit is needed to get those FS.

That is what the T&C's are saying and at the end of the day those will override the post here on CM.

Could point out more, but will leave it at that to have made my point that I do not trust casino reps and will always read the small print first before opting into a promotion.

Hey Mark, thanks for the reply! I already said how im loving your daily deposit % offers but i still dont like it how you guys tried to mask the good old "Deposit $50 get 32 free spins" offer and present it as something else. Either that or people who deposit $30 are not considered active.

Another thing, i as a lowroller just cant and force myself to say "wow thats a very attractive offer", for an offer that requires you to deposit $50 a day to participate

3-2 result hasnt happened yet and for all we know it might never actually happen on this tourney, because most teams are playing super defensively :D

I already commented on the "freeroll" so wont make any other comments, but ill just add how i dont find a freroll with 999 continues... attractive, no.

It started with you guys using active players in a very wrong context. I made at least 10 deposits there in past 2-3 weeks, probably more too, but i never deposit $50 and i havent done so in my life, but apparently im not an active player :D

Im sure you guys have more info and stats that we cant see and thats why you made this offer as it is now, but i really feel like a big part of your playerbase was automatically excluded from this promo, by adding that $50 a day requirement.

TLDR:

ill just be honest here and say how i dont find a promo where i have to deposit $50 a day all that attractive :(

Hey Harry,

You're right! I don't remember adding that term and we have been crediting the free games from this part of it without the active requirement. Thanks for pointing that out, will edit the post.

Mark the human, not robot. :)

Just to clarify, you don't 'have' to deposit every day. If you did happen to deposit £50 or more in a day you would qualify, but these offers are more of a 'cherry on top' than a 'you must deposit in case a game ends 3-2'. The daily bonuses (I think today may be 100%?) are the better offers.

As I said earlier, I will feed back on the £50 limit and consider what we can do for player who deposit less in a day.

It has been proven since I started playing online slots a year ago that I still have a lot to learn. However culpability and trust goes both ways surely when it comes to what is offered by a rep and what a member chooses to subscribe too?

Marks message is clear about this matter and it is "up yours sucker"

Tonybet

Have a great deal. During every single game you get 20 free spins. The winnings from those spins can be wagered up to a point where the play through can be reduced to x 1 or even nothing if your lucky enough before deciding to deposit and take the deal. Out of so many games the odds of achieving a very good odds play though are very good.

So my plug was not that shameless after all

You haven't read your own T&C's before posting :D ....and i stand by my words:

1. If a rep is posting a promo on CM it is to get traffic to the respective site, speak make money for the casino. It just normal business and i do not find anything wrong with that.
2. Never trust 100% a rep post and read ALL T&C's as those will always override the posted text.

no, you do have to deposit if you want to take a part in this promo. Unless you made a promo and dont care if people participate in it or not, thats it. You cant make a promo centered around Euro championship and when people mention how could be a bit different call it cherry on top. Theres no cherry at all during this promo for lowrollers, only... "active" players :D

Yeah sure 100% and 50% bonuses are amazing, and i usually take those (when my weekly budget allows me :p) but other than % bonus there is really nothing for lowrollers here. I cant possibly hope to get something out of that freeroll, 3-2 results or red cards ;)

Ill repeat myself again, i dont mind you doing promo thats aimed towards people who deposit $50 at a time, and do it often (daily?). But i, as a lowroller dont really find any of these offers attractive. Now its obvious you guys have spent some time setting up this promo but you really have to realize how everyone who deposits < $50 is excluded from it, and all they (we?) see is a % bonus offers :)

% bonus is awesome but this promo was obviously meant to be much more than that and in the end, for most of us, it boils down to good old % match bonus. Also promo saying how active players are only those who deposit $50 a day didnt help your case really, and that really is my main gripe with this one.

Thanks Harry,

I prefer the posts above to "I would never trust a casino employee" - slightly different IMO. :)

If you do not deposit £50 on that day you do not qualify for any free spins ( with a 35x wagering requirement) that can possibly be gained on that day. The odds on winning such free spins on that one day are very poor too as have been proven so far during this tournament.
Not really a "fantastic offer" worthy of plugging.

pmsl, you've definatley graduated from Newbie/apprentice to CM 'Jedi' very quickly Master Luke :p

I am truly annoyed that Mark has simply brushed it off, first in PM then in here as if it was nothing. I am not a robot either. (Post 108)

Edit. Sorry for the derail. I only intended this to be a fun Euro related thread.

Thing we have to remember about Mark, he's got a lot more on his plate than just keeping us happy.

Yes 32 Red is my fave casino and yes I have a reputation for going on auto-pilot and leaping to their defence.

I also felt let down by the T&C of this promotion and a touch disgruntled when although I deposit quite often, realised I was not going to be getting any spins.

As a 32 Red employee and our rep he most likely finds himself in a no win situation regardless of what he posts/PM's - Not pointing the finger at anyone but no one on here will EVER please all of the people, all of the time.

So many threads have spiraled into mud slinging and slating left, right and centre and although maybe not the best approach by keeping schtum, its the only way of keeping the peace.

I'm sure if he got to write the T&C's himself we'd all be 'looked after' one way or another but at the end of the day, they exist as a business and not a charity.

The only was I feel they could have dished out more spins (and for less qualifying) criteria would be to have temporarily removed the daily deposit match, then we'd have all moaned about that too, me included!

Edit: England will now go on to win 5-1, maybe 5-2

Looks like it can indeed happen for Wales to win this game.

1:0 for Wales at half time, pretty embarrassing, only 2 good chances for England in the first half

After Slovakia's performance yesterday we have to get at least a point today. We have seen it all before when the second games not going our way and heads drop and belief goes.
Vardy is on though :)

Or better: 3:2 ..... just make your 50 GBP deposit quickly :D :D :D
