England won't last long. Sorry. I think it will be down to the wire between France and Germany. France is playing Ireland tomorrow, which should be a good game. As far as Casino's go. I don't play on enough of them and the ones I do play have been quiet.

Italy are on fire, I preferred them as Germany's next opponents but after this latest showing and Germany's troubles against Italy in tournaments, you'd fancy Italy to go all the way.

God knows what their odds were before the tournament but it must have been at least 10-1 as outright winners.

In all honesty tho matey, Iceland are no mugs, I've watched 2 of their group matches and they do play some good football.

I don't think it will be any more than 3 England goals max after the Slovakia 'struggle' (yes dominated but ran out of ideas in the end) and I'd say Iceland won't finish without scoring at least one!

AYMK I have the odd 'daft/you never know' bet here and there, tonight's is England 4 - 2 Iceland. A lovely 80-1 shot with £2 riding all the way

I was rifling through our country's greatest journalistic achievement - The Sun - when I discovered Ladbrokes were offering a free £2 bet on the England game. I dragged myself forthwith to place my special bet. Only problem being, for a laugh, I let my partner predict the score.

After entering my local Ladbrokes and fighting back the smell of feet and piss, I duly placed my wager. First time I've ever set foot in one of these dank places.
